Kawanhee Inn & Restaurant

I must start by saying the restaurant is by far the best in Franklin county, and for the past several years the food and service has been second to none. However our last time that one or the meals was undercooked, and this time the service was not the best. When our meals arrived that was last we seen our waitress until the bill came, I explain that one of the meals were not cooked as ordered and all she could say was "we have a new person in the kitchen". First time. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great friendly, professional staff. Food was very good.Vegetarian options: Appetizers and entre options available. Parking: Broken up areas for parking, but sufficient.

Magical place, amazing food. We showed up close to closing time after going on a great hike. Found restaurant on Google. Walk thru the front door and it's a step back in time.
