I was behind t Nikki g... they passed a line of 6 cars and a camper to get there putting their child at risk, waited in line, yelled at the employee, threw their trash out on the ground when they left the drive thru...

Great coffee, but they pay those people as tipped servers. Which is why they have long lines and staffing issues. I always tip now after learning this and I've given several of these employees real paying jobs.
