We were here just to get gift cards for stocking stuffers. You can't go wrong with them. Friendly staff, easy trip through the drive-thru.

Stopped in for breakfast after spending the night at a nearby hotel (which did not supply breakfast). This is one of the nicest looking Dunkin' establishments I've ever seen. We enjoyed egg and cheese sandwiches on English muffins and coffees. Everything was very good, and the coffee, which I tend to find somewhat weak at most Dunkin' establishments, was quite rich and tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. The interior was bright and clean. More than ample parking was available.

Went around 7am ish only to be told there’s no doughnuts available. None. When I asked when the woman stated she was not sure when they’ll have more ready.

My bride and I both enjoy Dunkin Coffee. The only thing that is a bit annoying is their new pickup system. You order your coffee, food, etc and go to the next window to pick them up. My wife always gets a bagel to go with her coffee. The bagels are now kept in the food prep area as most people probably get them toasted with butter, cream cheese, etc. She never gets anything on it, just a bagel, unsliced that they put in a bag for her. Since no one has to toast or slice it, no one bags it either. This happens every time we order a plain bagel. After standing there awhile waiting for a bagel and watching customers behind me leave with their food, I usually say something and seem annoyed. The next four days we are on vacation, the same situation occurs. Should be a simple fix but no one seems to notice.

Labor Day is not necessarily the best day to evaluate a place like this, since business is heavier than usual. But they handled the lines well, both inside and drive-thru. The woman at the counter was effervescent, in control of the situation, and great from whom to order. Beverages took a little longer to come out due to backlog but were generally fine. Pick-up for eating in, and to-go are in the same area. This area gets crowded and is also unfortunately right in front of the only rest room. I do feel the bagel sandwiches have improved, which is a nice plus. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, and I'm sure it's even better when it's not so crowded.

I just have to come on here to speak about one of the employees Michael. He is usually at the cash register. What an incredible employee he is. I've witnessed him a few times that I've been there. He always greets the customer with a smile and a friendly hello. He genuinely seems to really care about the service he gives and that customers receives. On the last day I was there (8/20/23) it was a particularly busy Saturday. He kept his cool and worked efficiently but still made every customer at his register feel like they were the only one there. He's certainly a huge asset to the Dunkin team and deserves all the kudos (and a raise)!

Introduce them to ice tea with cream and stevia and they're all totally psyched! It's always great ??

The worst dunkin experience ever. They didn't make our sandwichs right. I asked for extra stuff on my sandwichs and I paid for it and I didn't receive it. They also made the drinks wrong. The employees were very rude. I will never go there again if it was last place on earth. If there was an option to giving no stars I would.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. The worst customer service I’ve had so far honestly.

Adorable little spot! It's so cute and so quaint, the staff were nice to me and were very kind to one another. I'd definitely check it out if I were you, definitely going here again if I get Dunkin's.
