Given that Wells Beach is a zoo, in the summer, we found the restaurant to be a fabulous place! Service was great considering the place was packed. Food was great! My wife got baked seafood which was fabulous!

I had baked sea scallops. They were pretty good but 6 or 8 very small sea scallops doesn't equal an entrée. They were barely marble sized. Great place but like everyone else, you spend $100 for 2 marginal meals and 1 or 2 basic drinks.

Lazy man's lobster was terrible, it only had 1 tiny claw, a few small knuckles and a tiny,half tail. The price was high but I was hopeful it would have at least a fair amount of meat. I gave the restaurant a 3 only because the night before I had a wonderful calm chowder and calm strips.

Great food and atmosphere. My only complaint would be the rice pilaf had a few crunchy, uncooked rice. Sadly it was raining intermittently this day but the view and colors were stunning. Our waiter, Marlin, was very professional and checked on us often. We recommend the calamari and lobster.

Nice busy well run classic shore seafood place. Better than most.
Wide variety of fresh seafood items as well as steaks and other menu items. The scallops were delicious and cooked to perfection unfortunately the fried clam strips were burnt and not very appetizing. I understand that things happen but honestly they never should have made it out of the kitchen. I wouldn't have minded waiting for them to be redone. That being said I would give them another chance. The service was good and our server was very informative about the menu . The honey butter with orange zest which is served with rolls was delicious

My meal came with a cup of chowder, a mountain of steamers and a whole lobster. The chowder was full of clams and had a good flavor, not very thick. The steamers were cooked perfectly and tasted great. The lobster was sweet and flavorful. Our waiter, Martin, did an excellent job.

The service was astounding. No one slows down here. My Scallops and Seafood Chowder were tasty. Chowder could have been thicker....more like soup, a little on the pricey side. But overall a good experience.
