Definitely the worst customer service ever.

No complaints! Toppings were fresh & tasty, pizza was delicious. Not from around here, so it seemed a little pricey, but probably within local norms. Got takeout but dine-in didn’t seem terribly appealing.

Man behind the counter was extremely rude. My chicken sandwich was clearly made with premade frozen chicken. Go to McDonls instead!

The only guy working here was quite rude, had a great deal of trouble answering questions and observing dietary restrictions. I asked for my sandwich without mayo and it seemed like there was more mayo on it than another sandwich that was ordered. My father asked if he could add onions to his sandwich and the guy here acted like she shot his mother. He becomes irritated at everything, you can’t even leave the restaurant with cans/bottles purchased there because he wants to claim the deposit on them, even tho he charges his customers a deposit fee. Just blown away by the lack of warmth or even politeness. The floor is dirty, crushed crumbs everywhere and moldy old items are smooshed into the floor. The only reason I think the tables were somewhat clean was because almost nobody eats here after reading the reviews. It’s a cheap but expect the service and food quality to match that.

I understand the comments about decor and cleanliness of the establishment. Reminded me of being a kid in Lowell years ago. That being said I found the pizza was well prepared and very tasty and yes, the owner could certainly use a couple of lessons at charm school. It’s pizza joint, not a high-end restaurant.

Was going to order food when I was rudely told there are no public restrooms. I turned around and walked out. Never ordering where service is bad.

Order two subs Roast beef sub only had two slices of meat Asked for oil instead they put on mayo Hamburger sub put on lettuce did not ask for lettuce did not put on ketchup as asked Pizza very good. The reason why it got one star I did call to send info and Person who answered was fairly rude argued that he put four slices of roast beef on the sub. 👎🏻
Will not be returning

$16 for a 10 inch pizza with 1 topping. Served promptly. Terrible taste and a complete waste of time and money.
Rude, Racist, unprofessional. Referred our family as “you people”. Tenders reminded me of high school. Was not only rude to me and my family but an elderly woman as well. I was very displeased with over all the entire experience.
He’s racist and very unprofessional he referred to my family as “you people” and cussed at us after we asked for a refund and said it wasn’t his problem and would not give us a refund the food was terrible so was the customer service not only was he rude to my family but he was extremely rude to an elderly women I’m not even sure why this place is even still open after the other reviews we read, even told him we’d be leaving a bad review he stated he doesn’t care he shouldn’t be in business due to his terrible and horrible service including his lack of manners and professionalism and the food was terrible no flavor, soggy and over all just very low quality
