During vacation time in Maine, I went to this Dunkin’ after a few stops for antiquing and other shopping. This Dunkin’ is constructed differently from most. The building is more like a house. On the drive-thru, I ordered a large decaf iced coffee with not too much ice, half & half, a good amount of milk and two packets of Sweet ‘N Low. The order-taker gal got the somewhat complicated order straight without difficulty. It was $1.99. With 8% Maine Meals Tax of 16 cents, the total was $2.15. The iced coffee came out perfectly. It was great to find a Dunkin' Donuts right on the main drag in Wells where everything was fresh, the staff was really friendly and helpful, and the COVID-19 guidelines were followed quite carefully. Don't usually write many reviews about a Dunkin' Donuts since we stop at them so often, but this location warranted a shout out.

Peoples at the check out are very nice and agreable. Capoutchino coffee good. It is a little bit long for service in the morning.

Late afternoon and we needed a break and popped in. Very nice people, the coffee and dounuts were nice and fresh. Comfortable place to sit and eat, plus getting off and back on the road was easy.

Great, friendly service! We stopped several times while camping in Wells. Each time our order was correct and with friendly workers. The service was quick! We also went inside and happy to report a clean establishment.

Love that they are never far away from where we are staying. I always look for my DD first...lol..before deciding if we stay at a particular hotel or not.

Like other Dunkin Donuts in New England, this one has a drive up window and in my experience always has consistent quality and fast service. Located on busy route 1.
What sets one franchise operation out from the others is the cleanliness of the location and the friendliness of the help. The Dunkin Donuts in Wells scores on both counts and makes this a standout among the many DD spots in the southern Maine area.

For some reason not every DD makes their chai tea the same! I think they should all be exactly the same but they are not however this Dunkin Donuts made a perfect hot vanilla chai with whip cream!
