“Yo I came in at 1:30 with like 40 other people from a Tool concert and James absolutley killed it. He got us all our food in a super reasonable time. Dude is a machine give him a raise or something. Spiral on brothers!“

“I want to start by expressing how much I love your restaurant—it's my favorite spot for dining and takeout, and I visit a few times a month without any issues. The food is always fantastic! However, I wanted to share my experience from today, as it was a bit disappointing. I ordered my usual steak tips, requesting a little pink, but unfortunately, they were overcooked and hard to chew. Additionally, I didn’t receive the sour cream for my potatoes, and my poutine had little to no cheese, which was surprising since it's usually great. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I’m currently at work, so I can’t return to address this in person. My boss also ordered steak tips and experienced a similar issue with them being overcooked.“

“My grand daughter just picked up both a scallop dinner & a whole clam dinner for us. They were both very good. The fries were crispy, too & the coleslaw tasty. Good value.“

“So I've been living in the same town for about 10 years. I took a break for work and then came back.

Most of the current staff has been there for about 8 years and I think the GM has been there for nearly 15. This particular location is owned by Carrolls.

The whole time I've lived here I've been going to this Burger King. The GM, AM, and SM, and some other higher ups have all known me since before my transition (MtF).

Recently, I've been going a lot (recently meaning last 3 years and a lot being 2-3 maybe 4 times a week). Most of the staff have made the effort to learn my new name, they are all super supportive and use my preferred pronouns, and honestly, if I needed a safe space to go during the day, I would go straight to this location.

A while ago, when a coupon was having trouble in the app, they took my order on the house. Today, I ordered, and then realized I had a $15 coupon from an app issue. So I ordered again. They gave me a joking hard time and chatted a bit even though it was busy.

I feel welcomed, appreciated, and at home.

This is what all BK restraunts should be, and this is one (of many) reasons why I will always prefer BK over McD and Wendy's.“

“I love this place. The service is great, the food is delicious and FAST, and the restaurant is always clean. I did down vote the atmosphere a bit because this is the first time I felt like an old lady (I'm 41) because I just could NOT hear our waiter. It wasn't super crowded but I had to keep making the poor lad repeat himself because the background noise was so loud. Overall, I look forward to coming back the next time I venture to Augusta.“

“A friend of mine goes there all the time for like 4-5 blizzards to put in the freezer. She has a list and is super particular like each blizzard has to be double cupped. They are always friendly and make them exactly the way she wants despite all of her requests, lol!“

“Great food, great service and amazing drink menu with a full bar. I ended up having some authentic Putin and chicken wings while there. Ordered a few other times as well. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area and looking for a place to eat!“

“Oh my god, Applebees. I told the waitress and I’ll say it again: Applebees has NO BUSINESS popping off like they did with my steak tonight. The bourbon one. Are you kidding me?? Is Applebees hiring 5 star chefs these days?? Seriously, top 5 steaks of my life, and I’m picky. That was fresh, too. The mushrooms were amazing, and the potatoes were a perfect compliment. Will absolutely return anytime whatever magician was in the kitchen tonight is on again. Seriously, be proud of yourself, whoever cooked that steak. Also our server was a lovely tall lady, the first host we saw was a nice guy with glasses who was pleasant, and second host was a nice tall young man who was quick and smiley. Thank you.“

“There is a woman who works here Erica who is so nice! All of the people I've encountered have baan awesome but especially her. I get breakfast several mornings a week, and she is just so cheerful and funny even at 5 am! Makes my morning and restores my faith in humanity to grab a quick biscuit, but have a fun conversation, too. These people are great, and the sausage biscuits are too!“
