I see now why the ratings are so poor. It was 530 am and the speaker behind the counter was so loud I shouted my order. 1 drink and 2 orders of hashbrowns. He them made 2 drinks and brought them over. I was confused and said it was only supposed to be 1 drink and 2 hashbrowns. I suggested the music was a little too loud if you can't hear my order right in front of you. I then ordered a everything bagel sandwich and to my taste was burnt although the assured me that is standard for dunkin donuts. The menu items do not have black burn marks all over them. Can anyone else who frequents dunkin more than I confirm this is the standard to cook a bagel?

Placed my order of small dragon fruit with no ice, and chocolate glazed stick. Was not greeted, with smile or hi how are you or any pleasantries...just simply what do you want by employee with multiple colors in her hair. Received a plain glazed stick and small dragon fruit with no ice...at least half of my order was right.

I'm a truck driver and I drive up and down 95 I've got about every Dunkin there is. When I stopped into this one I ordered my usual coffee and an apple fritter heated a little.. well the person with purple hair told me they couldn't heat it up. I told this being don't know whether he's a guy or a girl that every Dunkin that I go to in the state of Maine would heat my apple fritter for me.. guess he don't know his job.. won't be coming here. They rate 1.6 on Google I see why

Employees are hardworking, helpful and focused, but appear overworked and under-trained leading to mistakes and long lines. I'd bet good money the manager blames "poor work ethic," but the real problem is obvious...
