“Dining in this Kentucky Fried Chicken was like walking into a dream. The cashier was so soft spoken I could barely tell if he had heard my order. I sat down at a table with my brother and my friend. It was eerily quiet, the silence only occasionally broken by an angry Jamaican man arguing on the phone and the dull hum-buzz of the fluorescent lighting. While i ate my crispy chicken sandwich, I observed a man walk in and sit down at a table and wait for 5 minutes before getting up and deciding to order. Im not sure what sort of transient beings operate this facility but it was one of the most surreal experiences I have ever had. Chicken was pretty good tho.“

“If you like flavorful food, this is it! Ordered the Chicken sandwich and Chive cakes. The texture of the cake was perfectly crisped on the outside and so soft on the inside. The accompanying sauce adds a nice vinegar/sour counterpoint to the cake. The chicken sandwich is normally spicy so we ordered it without the normal sauce and requested peanut sauce which was spot on. We liked the place so much we bought the cute pink Dad hat!“

“How have I driven by this place without stopping for YEARS? Today my wife and I stopped in for a couple of tofu bahn mis and they were fantastic. Fresh vegetables on lovely, crispy bread with an outstanding, flavorful sauce. The thai tea was superb as well, and super friendly service. We will be regulars from now on; great prices too.Vegetarian options: They seem to have a tofu version of every dish. Only tried the bahn mi and it was fire.Parking: Lot can be a bit tight, but we found a spot quickly.“

“We were here at Dok Mali's soft opening - we loved the food but the restaurant had a long way to go to be one of our favorites. I'm very happy to say that Dok Mali is a fantastic restaurant- the food is amazing...so pretty, tasty, and at a very reasonable price too. We started with one of the specials - scallion pancakes - they were perfectly cooked and served with chili oil. So good! The spicy lemongrass margaritas were tasty but we wished the lemongrass was a bit stronger, and with more spice. Everyone loved their entrees. I don't normally order pad Thai because it can be a bit boring, but the the Mali pad Thai was the best pad Thai I've had...the sauce was rich and spice (level 3 of 5) was just right - hot but not blotting out all other flavors. The Khao Soi (curry noodle soup) was a revelation - tender and tasty chicken on the bone, ramen style noodles, crisp vegetables, and an amazing curry broth that was just-right spicy. When our friends return in a few months, they definitely want to have another lunch here...being a regular, whether local or out of state, means that we'll have some of the tastiest Thai food anywhere!“

“Our takeout order was ready at the time requested and we got help bringing our large order to the car. Kids and adults had delicious food! My lobster roll was FULL of lobster, and wings were awesome, too. Thank you! We will definitely be coming back again.“

“1st time visitor. We got take out, pulled pork and chicken wing dinner. The macaroni & cheese was a meal by itself, huge portion for a side. Wings were nice and crispy. Thai chili was yummy. Pulled pork was tasty again large portion. Great new spot for us when we take the back way home. Happy they are here. We will be back.“

“This place was amazing and they were playing Spanish club music so I was BOPPIN'. Their salsa was very good and unique, the burrito carne asada or whatever I got had really good steak and salsa verde, and the fajitas my partner got had way more tortillas than usual and the chicken was super tender.“

“The wings hold their own to anything in Portland, seriously so good. Atmosphere is so relaxing, and the TV's play clips of Thai street food being made which absolutely rules. Service is also awesome, super efficient and more than friendly. Get the crunchy fried chicken with garlic glaze, it's bananas.“

“So, so good. Maybe it's because I'm a geriatric millennial and the entirety of my twenties was spent getting takeout from the first iteration of PJs, but this just hits the spot. Every time. Extra cheese? They got it. Fresh mushrooms? You know it. And that garlic sauce will actually go down as the most delicious thing of life. Delivery is quick- always around 20 minutes- and the quality of the pizza is awesome every time. Fresh, affordable, delicious, kind drivers, stuffed crust?! What's not to like! So glad they're back. “This is our local sports bar/pub. Consistently good food, well prepared and reasonably priced. Service can be a bit slow but they are dealing with staffing problems like everyone else. The food comes out quickly. The burgers here are excellent and the haddock sandwiches are great. I had the haddock Reuben and it was a nice big piece of fresh haddock fried to perfection with slaw and dressing, lettuce and tomato. The fries are quite good. The boneless chicken tenders are fantastic. We get them every time. They make them fresh with brined chicken. So good! Just a great local spot to grab a drink and some good pub food and catch a game.“
