Stopped by for Burger, Fries, Sundae: very good all the way around and price was way better value than I would have thought. Will not hesitate to stop by again when in the area AND they're open year round because they are both a Grill & Chill site/location.

Have gone here for years. They haven't made any major changes which I llove. Food is always great. Service is friendly. Ice cream how can you say anything bad.
The food tastes delicious!!!!! We loved it!!! We had a chicken strip basket with warm zesty queso sauce and a bacon two cheese hamburger with fries and drink. We felt really welcome. Excellent service, very friendly and pleasant. Definitely coming back soon!

Paid 16.93 for a regular cheese curd and a 6 piece chicken strip basket and asked for a receipt, which was never given. I only ended up receiving a 4 piece despite paying for the 6. And now it's too late to turn around and get it fixed. Always check your bag! Very unhappy with the experience.

We love going here for years but either change or replace the headset of the staffs or the speaker out at the drive thru. We literally have to yell our orders every.single.time. Everytime we go here other customers have to yell too just to be heard. Otherwise the staff will keep asking you to repeat what you just said. Ridiculous.
Edited: Please let your male staff know after a smoke break to wash hands. One time we were parked out at the handicapped spot while my husband came in to bring back the uncooked chicken strips for a new one. While I was waiting in the car with my baby, we were inhaling the male staff’s smoke while he’s smoking in front of your food establishment. I followed him with my eyes and guess what? He came in the counter and handed over my husband’s chicken strip basket and a couple packs of ketchups on his hand. Yep, without washing or even at least sanitizing his hands.

Been coming to the Westbrook location since I was a child. I have NEVER had an experience like this. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a blizzard. I went to the window to pay and was sitting for a while. I was then very rudely greeted by Aiden with a “Hi??! What do you need???” The interaction from there was very off putting and ended up escalating to him yelling out the drive thru window calling me the B word and to not to come back. I proceeded to go in to the lobby to speak to the manager and she refused to speak with me. Her name is Rachel. Aiden proceeded to yell at me in the lobby as I was leaving. Overall the craziest experiences I’ve ever had at any fast food establishment.

Always awesome soft serve treats. It's always ... Or should always be consistent, which they are here. That's not what separates this location from others. Here, it's the staff. I could not believe how calm, and methodical this team was. I mean they were busy.. getting the crap knocked outta them but they didn't waiver. They smiled and pushed through. It was nice to see some old school values still being used. Thank you and great job!!!
