Awesome staff, awesome food. Prompt service. Need I say more? All the folks at DQ and friendly and courteous... Plus - IMHO - thier food beats the other fast food joints hands down! And let's not forget thier I famous blizzards. I usually stick with cooke dough medium size. Hint... if you're blizzard melts.. throw it into the freezer and it hardens right up again!

There were flies in the dining room. The restaurant needs updating and a deep cleaning. Food was great!
Probably the most friendly customer service I've seen, I always enjoy coming here even just to chit chat. But I have noticed in the last month or so, the food has gone from hot and fresh to almost always stale, tough, and lousy. I'm not sure what changed, but it REALLY needs fixing. I don't go here as often because of how poor the food is becoming.

A great place to go for a quick meal or some much deserved desserts 🍪🎂. This place is always busy with lines out to the road so that says something right there for a chain. Staff is young but friendly. Has shaded areas to sit outside.

If I could do zero stars, I would. Words cannot express how disappointed and distraught I am with the Westbrook Dairy Queen. I am disgusted with how I was treated by the male manager who was wearing all black. I had ordered the pretzel sticks accompanied with the zesty queso sauce. Upon ordering, the receipt said “with zesty queso” end quote. When I had received my order, it was missing the queso sauce. I went back to get my queso I had rightfully paid for. I was appalled by how I was treated. The manager had an attitude and told me it did not come with the queso and instructed me to purchase another queso. However, the ordering menu stated it came with queso and my online order had stated the same. I am disappointed in the lack of human decency I received today. See attachment below for receipts.
