I just ordered to-go for the first time from Bamboo Bistro. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Although I didn’t sit in the restaurant to eat, the atmosphere felt calm and quiet when I walked in. I ordered 1* Chicken Pad Thai ($15) - absolutely delicious with a good amount of chicken! The amount of spice is perfect, since I’m a novice spice person. I would recommend!
Was accidentally given dumplings instead of spring rolls, couldn't be happier, by far the best dumplings I've ever had in Maine. Great service. Cozy dining area. Highly recommend this spot!!
Bamboo Bistro is a hidden gem. The food is super fresh and always freshly prepared. They make the best boba tea because they freshly boil the boba per order. Fong provides excellent and attentive service and always able to accommodate our vegetarian presences!
