I had a coupon for the $18.49 meal bundle i ordered added cheese to all the whoppers I was in Drive thru I waited at window about 8 minutes for my food finally got order on the way out of parking lot I grabbed a French fry was barely Warm and one home whoppers were actually cold to the touch I tried calling and phone number not in service !!!!

absolute terrible customer service from the store manager steve. Rude for no reason. Showed up right as they were closing and he told me They threw my food out. No refund either. Placed the order way before they closed and was on my way. Definitely can not handle his job and should not be working there if that’s how he’s going to treat his customers. This not my first experience with him either. He’s always rude and unhappy. Terrible service and definitely will be traveling a little further for better service from BK

This is the absolute best BK. The last couple times I’ve been here my food was hot and fresh upon pick up. The customer service is awesome. I love the outdoor seating! Lunch with my family on Mother’s Day, outside, at your restaurant was absolutely perfect.

Heated for drive thru take out, clearly. I had to wait quite a long time for anyone to come over to take my order. The person had no idea about the details of their 2 for $5 special. The place is still better than McDonald's, though. They have really gone downhill.
Every time I order a special request whopper they always send me a regular whopper I'm sick of this, just give me what I paid for. I spent $40 on my meal just to throw half of it out because I couldn't eat it, thank you burger King Wyndham,

Might wanna teach the guy who’s got an attitude problem how to handle food properly and wear gloves, along with mixing old and new fries. Literally watched him handle two different orders without gloves. Also, if he’s got a crappy personality serving customers, he shouldn’t be working the window. He quite literally is more bland than an unsalted batch of fries.

My meal came hot and tasting good until I found an expiration date tag in my wrap… I’m concerned about how all of the food is prepped and handed out now.

The only fast food that I was not disgusted by when eating in lobby, infact I was really happy with how everything looked extremely clean, they had nice decorations and the lady who took our order was very polite despite doing multiple things at once.
