The smallest portions I have ever seen. There were 11 pieces of chicken in my “double chicken”. Employees obviously annoyed when you asked for a reasonable portion. Bathroom was disgusting. Sink was overflowing onto the floor causing a mess.

Worst chipotle in Richmond . Manager has a frown on face while entire time serving me and my family. She is throwing rice everywhere but the bowl . This location needs help really bad with management. You can tell either short staffed or just don’t want to be at work. Never will I eat here again . My daughter even noticed how sad employee and management looked .

Ordered two burritos around 10PM and went there to receive them and as eating it realized there is something that was almost salty but like a burning in my mouth not like spicy but burning seemed to be something with the sour cream was definitely expired and smelled rotten both burritos had extra sour cream, spent about 40$+ and wasted it on that, terrible to even go here will not go again

first time, they say they closed at 11 but went in there at 1020 because there we’re no other places open besides fast food and they were already cleaning and looked very uncomfortable when we walked in. got a veg bowl with no veggies cause they couldn’t make any but still wanted to charge for queso, all while the worker right next to the guy making my bowl was spraying down the counters inches away from the food, couldn’t be bothered to stop spraying for 2 minutes while we were being served. extremely poor experience and won’t ever be back

They added guacamole to both of my burritos even when I didn’t ask for it, then I fought with them for about five minutes. He kept saying it wasn’t gonna be on the bill. I paid and it was still on the bill. It just left to allow others to order. They scamming $2.95 each customer. Won’t go there ever again.

The food is better than fast food at most places but the steak seems to sit out too long.
We went for our a quick bite tonight . And very disappointed. To say the least.git a bowl steak wanted queso but they were out. Wife wanted a salad but out of lettuce. So she got a bowl as well she was gonna get chicken but it looked liked burnt stuff. When we started eating my steak was cold and on both if ours the meat was mostly fatty. The meat portion was smaller than before. The was dirty . When we were leaving we had to get a bowl to go and when she went to order ya most of the stuff was out honey chicken . Thr girl listed about 5 other items that were out. How can you be out of so much stuff at peak time 5 to 630 jeez. So disappointed with this one. We went to lunch a dor. Just down the road to get a bowl. Go figure not out of any thing guess I know where to go for now on .

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Was charged for Guacamole when a) didn’t ask for it and b) it wasn’t even included in my burrito. The cashier insisted they had added it but they didn’t. Got attitude from them when I complained. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to hold the line. The guy that made my burrito was more focused on being mean to the trainee girl that on doing his job properly.
