I’m not impressed with how much yall charge, for how much yall give out for portioning. I paid 30$ for two bowls thatre barely half filled. I wasn’t about to ask for extra and be charged more. It’s absolutely diabolical, what yall expect people to pay, Just to receive half assed food. Paid extra for queso just to barely get any queso. I’ve been to other locations that are wayyyyy more reasonable and that make more sense with how much the distribute. This is the last and final time I’ll be coming to windham chipotle, I never get my moneys worth and it’s absolutely bullshit. It’s also disgusting that no one wipes anything down.

I don’t understand how an establishment can be out of ingredients 24/7, have horrible portion sizes and employees with extreme attitude. I live in Standish and I am going to drive to Westbrook and take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. Unfortunately these last two times may be my last. Last month I was sent home with somebody else’s order. Accidents happen, so I decided to go back tonight. First, they were all out of lettuce at 6:30 which is pretty surprising. As I’m eating my queso, I felt something rubbery. Pulled it out of my mouth, and discovered a piece of plastic! Thankfully corporate comped me two free meals, but come on Chipotle!

Chipotle has always been inconsistent. Between stores, days, hours and employees. It seems like there isn't one standard measurement, quality standard or price.
I get the same thing everytime I go, today it was $32.00. Last week it was $17. The week before was like $24. I know inflation and price gouging are the new mainstream business model. But back and forth with the prices its quite obnoxious.
If your out of a product, you should simply tell the customer, and ask if they want to wait for it or replace it. But dont scrap the bottom of the bin for not even half a scoop of rice. Its insulting. Its pathetic. I can see the gentlemen behind you making more, just say itll be a minute.
All and all, my experience was just the same as it always is. okay at best, but otherwise quite underwhelming.
Gretta made the best bowl,I ever got from chipotle. Emilson was cooking up a storm and chopping yummy food... Roman was very polite and helping Tracy clean the entire store spotless.Ben was in the back doing the mountain of dishes. The hardest working crew I ever seen and experienced in a fast food restaurant....Thank you for all your hard work and providing a awesome meal for my family and myself..God Bless..

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Chipotle in Windham, Maine. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a joyful and kind staff who made my visit truly memorable. Gretta crafted the best burritos I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail and skill in preparing each burrito was evident in every bite. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. While enjoying my meal, I noticed Roman and Tracy diligently cleaning and making the dining room sparkle. Their dedication to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment did not go unnoticed and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Emilson, the chef, was amazing. The food was cooked to perfection, and you could tell he takes great pride in his work. Each dish was prepared with care, and the quality was top-notch. Even the manager, Ben, was hands-on, scrubbing dishes and ensuring everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to see such teamwork and commitment from a restaurant staff, and it made a significant difference in my dining experience. Overall, the staff at this Chipotle location were not only efficient and professional but also incredibly joyful and kind. I highly recommend visiting this Chipotle for a fantastic meal and exceptional service.

I hardly go to the Windham location because location is always unkept. Unlike their Portland location, this location’s food counters, floor and table ate consistently dirty . Staff seems courteous enough, but they need to especially keep the food counter clean . I almost turned around and walked out due to it’s condition
