2 times now the kids there don't know how to make an Americano. 1 shot for small 1 shot for medium and 2 shots for large. Then just add hot water. Maybe try training instead of allowing texting on the sales floor.

I visited the Dunkin inside the Windham, Maine Wal Mart recently and I was pleasantly surprised that I was met with smiles! (This day and age you barely get grunt responses from food service!) Employees there appear to care about getting their order correct as my order was repeated back to me for accuracy. Love the butter pecan and happy to get my dunks fix while shopping at Wal mart. Thanks guys!

All the morning Staff is super friendly I enjoy starting my day with them and they make my coffee perfectly! All in all 10/10
I just moved up from Florida maybe it’s part of the culture shock but y’all are so rude no one smiles they act like your inconveniencing them when you place your order even the manager seems to not want to be there. Must not be a great place to work I never do requires but wow

My grandson loves the spiced vanilla chai and I am thrilled I can get unsweetened iced tea with a shot of raspberry or blueberry flavoring. Their cinnamon rolls are my favorite and my grandson loves the Boston creme donuts. Great service, good value.
