Food was not cooked properly shrimp still had the poop vein did not get the correct drink bathrooms had mold eggshells in the ramen overall will never come back and would never recommend

I am absolutely stunned by the disgusting and unsafe food preparation at Eagle Sushi. This place is a health hazard. Open sushi containers for takeout were literally sitting next to dirty dishes that had been left out in the open. The staff were completely unprofessional—not washing their hands, handling food without basic hygiene, and showing zero regard for food safety.

This is beyond unsanitary; it’s outright dangerous. If you value your health, avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t be surprised if this restaurant is shut down for serious health code violations. DO NOT risk eating here.

So good service was amazing I got the hibachi lunch combo with steak and filet. My boyfriend got the beef Ramen and we had the French fries as an appetizer it was so good very well cooked and was quick. We also got their Boba which is the best I've had since coming to maine. I highly recommend Eagle and will definitely be back as it's now a favorite.

The decor/atmosphere was a bit dismal, but the service of attentive staff was there.

I’ve been to Eagle Sushi many times and every time the staff is very nice and the food is really good. We usually see the same woman working and she is incredibly sweet. When waits are long she has offered complimentary crab rangoons (which we now always get as they are so good) and has given us our sodas on the house. The sushi always looks beautiful and tastes amazing. I will always keep coming back time and time again, bringing friends and family as well as recommending it to anyone who likes sushi.

I’ve come here a few times, and it’s amazing. The food is delicious with good portion sizes. The staff are attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful too! Usually quiet and has plenty of seating for parties large and small.

I honestly am one of the most difficult restaurant customers imaginable. This place was so wonderful that I'm genuinely angry we don't live closer. The Asian cousins in my area cannot compare. Timeliness, flavor, and service were impeccable. As a chef of 10 years I respect the work they do here. Thank you Eagke sushi and steakhouse.
