Love your sandwiches but every single time I come here, I come out with a sandwich that is either cold
when its supposed to be toasted or I get a sandwich that is kind of what I ordered but missing a few things. When you order a chicken bacon ranch and it doesn't come with ranch it kind of ruins the sandwich I guess I would say. Especially after a long wait time.
Delicious sub great group of guys working. Fast and pleasant service definitely gotta give it a try.
Parking: Store is located at a strip mall so parking was kinda a nightmare but totally worth it.

Waited over 30 minutes for food, unacceptable. Management needs to hire more employees during the lunch rush. Whole restaurant is not clean.

It’s so bad. I love jersey mikes and was excited this was opening but the wait is horrible. No one knows what they’re doing. Takes over a half hour.
I never write reviews but after my experience yesterday thought I should do so. I ordered my sandwich at 11:45 said it would be ready by 12:15 arrived at 12:15 order was not ready, my sandwich was not handed to be until 12:50.. and come to find out it was ready the entire time just sitting on the counter. Meaning my sandwich was cold and soggy by the time I got to it. The only employee that really was trying was the male with the man bun, who was very apologetic about the situation. I ended up not being able to eat my lunch on my lunch break due to having to be back at work by 1:00.
Every time we go in order online or order in-store, they make the sandwich wrong or you wait forever. try to speak to anyone or provide feedback and no one responds

Service was pretty good. The cold cut meats looked like mostly ham but the flavor good. There were just a few people waiting for pickup. Will try some other sandwiches like steak and cheese.

We walked into your store to order a sandwich and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes with no one in front of us waiting to order. We ended up walking out unfortunately because there were several employees walking past us and just looking at us not saying anything while we’re waiting to order with no one in front of us. It’s quite a shame because the sandwiches are good but if that’s the level of service that you train into your employees I don’t think you will have many return customers.

Food is delicious. The downside is that you pay $17 for a "giant" half full sub that will take 25 minutes to make. Don't plan on grabbing food here if in a rush.

Placed an app order on February 1st for 2 club subs. Picked up my order, drove 45 minutes home, opened the bag and got 2 chicken cheesesteaks. Called the store and spoke to an employee who was less than helpful, did offer to remake my subs the next day if I wanted to drive back, but I declined making the 45 minute drive. I feel like my order should have been refunded.

I am a third-party delivery driver and I’ve been having a lot of problems here lately showing up 20 +minutes after the order has come through and the food is not made, while they’re making all the Carriyout customers first.I start the 15 minute timer when I arrived and if it’s not done than I cancel the delivery on my part and let the customers know that they are making the line of walk-in’s orders ahead of their pre-ordered delivery.I get paid for my attempted pick up if i wait 15 minutes. I don’t get paid for standing at stores or in drivethrus for 20+ minutes waiting on food that should be ready on arrival.Last weekend I went in and stood there for 10 minutes to inquire about my 27 minute okd delivery and the one guy behind the counter never even acknowledged I was standing there. I gave up waiting for him to ask me if could help me and I canceled. first let the customer know they were literally ignoring me there.Tonight I’ve been standing here for 20 minutes and they were working on my delivery when I arrived.One sandwich is in the bag behind the counter and the guy that told me it was coming right up 20 minutes ago has disappeared. Again canceled and informed customer they’re not making their food and doing walk-in’s firstI think I will avoid pick ups here until they can get things running more smoothly. they first opened I didn’t have too many problems here Shouldn’t take 25 minutes for two sandwiches to be put on the pick up rack for delivery.
