Cant make anything right apparently. Should really pay more attention to the tags so you don't end up killing someone
The cashier was very somber and I could tell he wanted to be anywhere but there. The food was thrown together and way too much ketchup on it. The fries were cold. I was very dissatisfied.

I mean it's McDonald's, always gonna have it's downside. Not the stores fault but it's dumb that I can't get lunch at 9am. Wanted a nice burger with fries and all the options were egg and sausage with hash browns so i just turned around and left.

Absolutely garbage. We ordered from kiosk, which is fine. Took at least 30 minutes if not more to get our food, they missed more than a few items in our meals not once but multiple times. We’ve gone several times for my boyfriend, but every time they mess something up, atmosphere is crappy, and you can see people in the back lazing about or on their phones. None of them are dressed appropriately, no hair nets, nothing. I highly doubt they wash their hands. Makes me sick thinking about it. Tables are disgraceful and the time for our food to come out shouldn’t be more than 15 minutes max.

We have been trapped in the drive through for over 30-minutes and counting, only four or five cars have made it through. We tried to ask the guy at the first window if everything was okay and he didn’t answer.

Why do I keep coming back here? 30 minute wait times regardless of how many cars there are, food is often cold and or Incorrect. And the worse part? ZERO accountability. And clearly no management reads these reviews. This location should be reported to corporate.

No reason why I can't wait at pick up window. Instead they have us all park in a busy parking lot waiting... and hen food gets to us cold. Have 2 drive up order machines is useless especially if they can't keep up with one line.

Fix your drive-thru. Some people try to follow the markings and split off to outside order window but other people constantly drive around and cut off people that have been waiting. Put some cones so people stay in the lane, very simple!

Fry’s were cold and hard. Not to mention an employee came to mop up and spill, and didn’t even add a wet floor sign, when the guy didn’t even ring out the mop first and there was two huge puddles. The caution sign seen in the photo was from my grandmother getting up and putting one there because there were senior citizens and she was worried they’d slip. Not to mention the 40 minute waiting time. The only reason the puddles got cleaned up was because the manager happened to come out to deliver a meal, and saw it. She took care of the situation and was obviously annoyed at her coworkers, but in mine and my grandmothers opinions it shouldn’t have happened at all. Don’t even go in the bathrooms either.
