Me and my boyfriend just went to get the grinch meal, mind you we waited in line for 40 minutes. And we never even got the shaker salt for the fries, the only reason I wanted to try it. Very disappointing😔 not to mention the Big Mac he got too.

Went to get The Grinch meal and a free burgerbecausemy birthdaywas the otherday. I ordered on the app. The app said my order would be ready in 2-5 minutes, I was 5 minutes away so thats cool. Git there and had to wait over 40 minutes! The other customers waiting were nice, the only guy at the counter was nice and he was trying his best. I could see a bunch of food sitting there waiting to be bagged. Then when I finally got my food, the big Mac was cold and just thrown in the box, the fries were warm at best and my birthday burger was messed up. I understand the waiting but at least get the order right and give me warm food.

I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes in line and finally paid and got to the 2nd window to be told I needed to go park somewhere to wait an additional 7 minutes for a small fry. There were 2 cars ahead of me that had already parked waiting for fries so I asked if I could stay at the window to wait. The girl said no. I asked if I could have a free small fry coupon and just collect my burger. She went away for a few minutes and came back to say no they couldn't do that and would I like a refund. i said, yes, just a refund for the fries. FIVE MINUTES later, now 8 min waiting, she comes back with a full refund. I said, wait, I only needed a fry refund, I still want the burger. She said, no we can't do that. So they threw away the burger because it was specialized and I had waited now 21 minutes, wasted gas and time to drive away empty handed. Where I'm sure the next driver got his freshly cooked fries. I won't be back to that location.

This location is easy to find, and has 2 drive thru order boards. There is an outdoor patio to eat on as well. The employees looked busy with multiple cars in drive thru. Plenty of seats indoors and restroom was clean as well.

Worst McDonalds in Maine hands down. I don't know why i bother going here. I mean it's really bad, the workers do not care about a damn thing. Last time it was a 1/2 gallon of big Mac sauce on a big mac, literally the most disgusting thing I have ever seen, how can you possibly serve that. This time, ketchup, ordered no mustard and extra onion through the app, there was a half inch of onions and the bun was soaked with ketchup and grease...literally dripping out of a wrapper that looked like a 7 year old wrapped it. And , the most annoying thing of all...STRAWS! I have never gotten one from here...Like ever. Done with this place, Burger King across the street and Wendy's up the road a bit are much better choices. They need to clean house and get a competent manager, and hire a staff that actually want to be there. It's not rocket science , and is way too expensive to constantly screw up peoples orders!!

Pretty bad experience every single time, they will park you into one of those spots for anything that is not immediately at the window so even things that should only take a few seconds to prepare you end up waiting 5, 10, 15 minutes for your food and they don’t get the order correct. They mix up who was in line 1st so even if you just had a nice water you could be waiting longer than the person with a huge order. It’s kinda ridiculous, and I would recommend going to a different McDonald’s if you plan on being on time.

Purchased a large meal on 7/31/25 went to window and server gave me my bag had correct meal with lrg fries but gave me a medium drink server stated that it is a separate charge, I paid for a lrg meal I have never heard of such a thing and the server agreed and asked if I wanted it large sized, of course that is what I paid for, what happened next blew my mind, he took my cup and dumped it in a lrg cup and never filled it, instead he put two scoops of ice in it to fill it to the top. I was so mad but there was a line behind me so to respect others times I left. This will be the last time I use them.
