Worst McDonalds in Maine hands down. I don't know why i bother going here. I mean it's really bad, the workers do not care about a damn thing. Last time it was a 1/2 gallon of big Mac sauce on a big mac, literally the most disgusting thing I have ever seen, how can you possibly serve that. This time, ketchup, ordered no mustard and extra onion through the app, there was a half inch of onions and the bun was soaked with ketchup and grease...literally dripping out of a wrapper that looked like a 7 year old wrapped it. And , the most annoying thing of all...STRAWS! I have never gotten one from here...Like ever. Done with this place, Burger King across the street and Wendy's up the road a bit are much better choices. They need to clean house and get a competent manager, and hire a staff that actually want to be there. It's not rocket science , and is way too expensive to constantly screw up peoples orders!!

Pretty bad experience every single time, they will park you into one of those spots for anything that is not immediately at the window so even things that should only take a few seconds to prepare you end up waiting 5, 10, 15 minutes for your food and they don’t get the order correct. They mix up who was in line 1st so even if you just had a nice water you could be waiting longer than the person with a huge order. It’s kinda ridiculous, and I would recommend going to a different McDonald’s if you plan on being on time.

Purchased a large meal on 7/31/25 went to window and server gave me my bag had correct meal with lrg fries but gave me a medium drink server stated that it is a separate charge, I paid for a lrg meal I have never heard of such a thing and the server agreed and asked if I wanted it large sized, of course that is what I paid for, what happened next blew my mind, he took my cup and dumped it in a lrg cup and never filled it, instead he put two scoops of ice in it to fill it to the top. I was so mad but there was a line behind me so to respect others times I left. This will be the last time I use them.

Every time I come, they send me and everyone else to wait at the waiting/reserved spots. They get my order wrong and in total I wait over 25+ minutes. One time over 30 minutes. It’s ridiculous. This time, they gave me plain wraps when it supposed to be extra ranch. I mentioned that and he walked away with the bag, said he was gonna fix it. He ended up coming back out with the same bag, nothing changed and said “here you go, sorry they do not have ranch” so here’s a side of it. I asked for ranch and never got it but ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes for nothing.

They mess my order up constantly and my order is plain.... Every time i do this there is still onions on it. I hate onion. Because they pre onion there burgers and there to lazy to make the burgers fresh. Or they just brush the onions off.....there diced that doesn't work. Not to mention the staff is so in a hurry they send products out that are practically inedible. I don't mind some lettuce now and then . Ill order plain with lettuce. Sounds easy right? Cant meas that up right? Wrong. They put lettuce on every single part of the sandwich im talking between each patty both side of the bun and even a bunch on top of the sandwich.... Like c'mon guys. I get that you hate your job but im paying you my money i expect at least some effort to go into what im buying. This place messes my food up so often im more surprised when they do it right . And for all those who say ohh you don't know what its like. I worked for burger king Wendy's and McDonald's.

Wow...been in line for 15 minutes and the cars have not moved by one car in either line
The floor was very sticky and dirty as well as all the tables. Waited 30 minutes and food still had not come out. I walked to register area and waited another 5 minutes before speaking up because I could see my order just sitting there not being brought out but door dash orders being prioritized and requested a refund. I was told by the manager that I was lying and was laughed at. Will never return went to Burger King across the street it was clean pleasant and fast service.

We waited for a half hour to get our food bc ALL OF THE STAFF were literally talking and spilling drinks on accident ofc, but I honestly don't blame them bc it felt like 108 today so I get that, but the one thing they did do good was that they gave us a refund and the mess got so bad that the manager had to come and tell us to wait for our food but the manger was really nice so thank her for that lol but there was a lot of talking and mess unfortunately.

Placed my order through their in-store kiosk, then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for my order because the staff were too busy chatting about their song playlists. Location was not busy and had plenty of staff to handle the orders. Contacted customer service about the excessively long wait time for a simple cheeseburger and 4 piece nugget order. Customer service forwarded the issue to the franchise, who couldn't be bothered to respond. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money at a place that actually respects its customers. There are plenty of other places in Windham that provide superior service and food.
