Been going to this place since they opened.also made sure this is where my employees went.keep the buisness in our local area.the staff for the most part are very friendly.but some of us are on pressed time for work.we show up early to make time but lately there spending time talking as we're waiting to order.and not busy at all.but takes 20 min to receive that one coffee.at the Sametime people in drive through also waiting to order,then only to get the orders wrong not once but almost daily? Sorry but can't no longer support this.been going to waterville for the past month and am very happy.we all expect to wait but not 20 min when place is empty.

Every time I go there they mess my drink up, I order a 20 oz and I get charged for a 24 oz. The girl with the blue hair gave my husband a hard time the other day, because the credit card machine was screwing up. We went this morning at the drive thru,the girl took my order and we waited for quite awhile, everyone else was getting there drinks but me, so I finally got out of the truck, walked around the truck up to the window, knocked on the window, the girl came over and I said I would like my drink, she said oh you didn’t get it. There was at least 3 girls in the store, we were sitting at the window waiting. Well I will not go back there again, they are so unorganized.

Friendly enough staff, but the coffee is weak. The cold brew is on the weaker side. The other issue I see is that they either store this or cool it or at least serve the cold brew from a plastic pitcher. Coffee is very acidic and anything that you put into plastic that is acidic is going to cause leaching of that plastic material. This adds to the chemical load. I would also say that the cold brew is on the pricey side. I mean for a black cold brew with no sugar no cream to cost just about $5 is too much.

I ordered a green tea with cream and liquid sugar and they put neither one of them in it and it was over DoorDash it shows every clear directions on what’s in the drink and shows how little the employees care and the girl was very rude to me over the phone do not recommend Winslow aromas Waterville aromas is so much beteer then this with quality and kindness

I went to Aroma Joe’s on Bay Street in Winslow and ordered one 24oz Rush (watermelon), nothing else. My card was charged $23.38. I followed up using the website and explained my situation. You can see for yourself how it went.

Ordered a drink and paid with card. They gave me a little device to enter a tip amount and I tried to hit enter to do no tip but it didn’t work. I sat there for a solid minute and a half fidgeting with this little contraption while the girl stared at me awkwardly, the machine letting out an obnoxious beep every time I tried to get past the screen. Pay your employees better. No need to charge me $7 for 35 cents worth of syrup and make me pay your employees too. I eventually gave up and tipped $0.01. Drink was mid but my girlfriend loved it

I was stuck in the drive-thru window for about 10 minutes. My drink was also made wrong. Instead of taking the time to fix it correctly, they threw a handful of ice cubes in the top of it. Resulting in a positively dissapointing warm temperature iced late. Forcing me to go inside and ask for ice to make my own drink the way it's advertised.

Don't get me wrong, the drinks and the food are phenomenal. But it's not a place to grab a quick cup of coffee.

Asked for a drink I usually get at another famous chain coffee store, and they made it. It was great. Friendly and helpful staff.

Waited in line for 35 min with 3 cars infront of me. Sat at the ordering window for 15 min without anyone taking my order. I miss the Waterville location being open. This is not ok for someone that needs to get to a job.

Waited for 30 mins in line, every car ended up driving away, no one taking orders. Waste of my time. I have worked drive thru before, I have never seen every single car in front and behind me give up as well. Insane.
