The staff are super personable, and always have something kind to say. I will drive out of my way to get my coffee/breakfast at this store instead of the 5 other ones in the town I lived in.”

I don’t tend to eat out much—I generally prefer to cook for myself, as I haven’t found many places around here that really interest me. Pho Appetite is a very happy exception. I’m so glad I found this place. It’s become my go-to when I want a good, fast, and healthy dinner but don’t have time to cook. Tendon might sound adventurous to some, but I highly recommend the Pho Steak, Brisket & Tendon (Pho Tái Gầu Gân). I also love their cold-cut bánh mì sandwiches, and they have a nice selection of Oolong and green teas as well. A real gem in Central Maine.”
