Sadly always understaffed and I've never had a door dash be right. It could be made right but they are too busy to do it and don't even care at all about dash orders. So instead of saying let me help make this right they just tell you to call and complain to the company that delivers it? It's only because I've wasted money so many times thinking maybe today lol but no. And not once have they made me feel better about it. Just this specific location ??♀️ I really miss minute maid too. The new lemonade is always bad both being mostly water to almost no water. It's expensive and such a waste. I don't recommend it.

Anytime I've been there I've had to get out of my car (cause I aways use the drive thru) because my order is always wrong even though it's always simple. Id say try a different one. Went through drive thru usually they are fairly quick. However, sometimes it takes forever to get your order and lately it seems as if every time I go the price has increased a little bit only to go a few days later and order the same thing and again the price increased. Not sure what is up with this but its making it harder to afford to go here.

Service is AMAZING, except they cut everyone's hours and one of the only servers who looked like they were in their eighties and was super nice had to transfer to the inferior location on 336 Main Street in Waterville. Food is always good here, especially if you come between 10:30 AM and noon. It also always looks really nice and decently clean (for a McDonald's anyway).
I have been to this location 3 separate times at varying points in 2023 and the experience was great!To start - we only order using the App - we love the rewards and deals and it's a great way to track our orders. And it is a great way to customize sandwiches in the app, in a way I would NEVER try to do live with a person via the speaker. LOLAccuracy - our orders have always been accurate, fresh and neatly made. I love customizing my breakfast sandwiches, loading them with extra egg and different meats. It's a dream come true for my McDonald's sandwiches. Now if they would only serve breakfast all day again...Please please.We haven't been in business, because we use the app/drive thru pick up option.The times we have had larger orders and have been asked to pull to the side for them to bring out to us...they have always been so polite and friendly.I highly recommend this location.5 stars for what McDonald's aims to be. Tasty fast food.Great job to the staff and the managers!
