Order a sub and payment went thru but when I checked if order was there worker said order never went thru..I have prove of order and money being taken out of account ..worker said, “nothing I can do”. I don’t have time to get over in the next few days to talk to manager ( supposedly there wasn’t a manager that day), so I’m chalking up that money gone, thankfully it was only 1 sandwich. Think workers response would have been, come in with prove you order from this location and paid and I’ll make the sandwich. Worse customer service!!!

I am really surprised that a foot long sandwiches and beverages are very good in any time of the day. Meat is cut fresh in this restaurant, planty of veggies and test very good. Love like this small local fest food restaurant. Recommended to the vegetarian and meatballs lovers. Thanks for grait customer service.

Doesn't accept national coupons at this location..... Good luck with your business...... If you're going to spend this much on a mediocre sandwich go fresh try local
Expect to pay at least $3 more for your food at this location than if you drive over the bridge to Waterville's Subway. You could knock on the bread it was so hard last week when I was there last. I couldn't even believe they were selling it. The attitude from the worker was terrible. You could feel the anger coming off her. Not sure what she was so angry about as nobody else was in the store so it couldn't be because they were busy. I decided to give it another chance and mentioned the bread situation from my last visit and the two ladies working. They just looked at eachother and ignored me. I'm someone who frequents subway in Waterville at least 3 times a week when im working. I recently moved to Winslow from Augusta and this place would have gotten a lot of business from me. I'm just going to stick to Watervilles subway. It sucks none of them take coupons but at least they have good customer service, not so expensive, and I don't have to worry I may someday break a tooth on their bread.
