My mother just found a chicken bone in her sandwich she told them about it and they told her there is no way that could happen so they basically called her a liar ( she is the most honest person i know ) not happy at all here

We got charged $45?? For 2 sandwhiches with drinks and chips each. The total was not that high but the charge in my card was.

Two days in a row now I’ve tried to get a sub. First day they told me they weren’t ready and couldn’t serve me unless I had a call ahead order… okay… today they can’t cook bacon or toast a sub. The girl came out with a mouth full of food didn’t wash her hands and grabbed gloves so no the gloves are dirty… like come on. I left again with no food. Limited options in Winslow going to Rita’s.
CUSTOMER I DELIVERED TO DID NOT GET HER COOKIE. REP ON DUTY BLAMED IT ON ME (DOORDASH) NOT MY CHARACTER. WENT BACK TO STORE. VERY RUDE AND REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I HAVE BEEN A WELL RESPECTED BUSINESS OWNER IN WINSLOW FOR MANY YEARS . Sad how people are disrespectful at this store.
Store closed and I orderd
I show up to pick up my online order and I notice they have one staff member in the store. The kid is understandably struggling to keep up with both in-store orders and online orders. I’ll hand it to him, he warned me it might be a while before my order was ready, but even still, he had it ready by the promised time. This is sadly an above average Subway experience. However, I made a grave mistake. I forgot my wife’s cookie… So naturally, I did what any loving partner would do and I went back to get her cookie a little later. I show up to the store 15 minutes before closing. I avoid showing up to restaurants right before closing, but I figured cookies are a harmless thing. The problem lies not with the cookies, but with the fact that the store was already closed!! Now my wife has no cookie and I have to live with the fact that I let her down without a solution tonight. I don’t blame the kid so much as I do the management who leaves him to run the store by himself. All I wanted was a cookie!
january 14th whoever you have scheduled for shift around 7 o clock ordered online waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes two sandwich’s an a birthday cookie an drink walk in store is completely full with people my order is sitting next to all of the peoples sandwich’s waiting in line not wrapped just sitting there the girl tells me to go get the fountain drink it proceeds to squirt all over me an the floor she says hold on grabs a nozzle tells me to try an it does the same thing an then says she can’t help with it an starts swearing asking if i saw how many people. subway fix your shit added a photo of watery bread since it was sitting there a good half an hour
I put in a order and when I had problems I asked Riley for help at approximately 6:20 pm Jan 9 2025 and she informs its my fault I'm having problems she will not do anything to help and to leave her alone I will not do business here again I told her to cancel the order i expect a refund and all I can say is if your going to eat here do not go to this subway you will be disrespected from the minute you walk in

Order a sub and payment went thru but when I checked if order was there worker said order never went thru..I have prove of order and money being taken out of account ..worker said, “nothing I can do”. I don’t have time to get over in the next few days to talk to manager ( supposedly there wasn’t a manager that day), so I’m chalking up that money gone, thankfully it was only 1 sandwich. Think workers response would have been, come in with prove you order from this location and paid and I’ll make the sandwich. Worse customer service!!!

This is the only subway my husband and I will go to. Staff is always friendly, fast, and well groomed. This establishment is also the cleanest we have been to. Keep up the good work!

Interior is modern and clean. Staff is really friendly. Fresh ingredients and generous portions. Like other Subways in the area, frustratingly doesn't accept the national Subway coupons.
