I appreciate their openness to me ordering off-menu cocktails. Other reviewers understandably highlight their cider, which is great, but I often end up drinking from their large selection of liqueurs. They've poured flights so I can try new bottles, created random drinks from a vague prompt of mine, and let me sample things I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else.
