They forgot the espresso in the cappuccino and then argued about whether it was in there. we poured out some fluid to demonstrate it was white only- milk.
They took the cup and put in the espresso and said as we left, "Enjoy your double shot!"
We got a mile down the road and checked the donut- it was wrong too but we just gave up.
I moved to Winthrop about a month ago. I come to this dunkin before heading to work and not once have they made my coffee right. you call their direct number and you can't even get a hold of the store because the answering machine is set so you don't leave a message. I will never go there again. I'll rather pay $1 for a large coffee across the street at cumberland than continue wasting my money at dunkin. ridiculous
But why is the frozen machine always “down” 😒
