Took a chance ordering here despite the negative reviews, since I was curious to know their Philippines cuisine on the menu… and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the pancit tagalog which is basically a thin rice noodle dish with meat and vegetables stir fry, and it was authentic and delicious. I heard mixed reviews about the Taste of Orient and I’m not sure why. This place was absolutely amazing.
When we first walked in, we were met by a very friendly and sweet waiter who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. If she didn’t know the answer to a question about the food, she happily went and found the answer. She often checked in to make sure we were doing good and was very attentive.
