Gifford’s HomeMaine Ice Cream absolutely nails it. This hard-serve is next-level rich and creamy, with a texture so smooth it feels indulgent from the very first bite. And they do not skimp on the inclusions—every scoop is loaded, balanced, and bursting with flavor. There’s no filler here, just consistently delicious bites from start to finish. My personal favorite is Sea Salt Caramel Truffle: perfectly salty-sweet, decadently creamy, and packed with dreamy truffle pieces....
Xania is a rockstar! We stopped by Gifford’s in Yarmouth and were absolutely blown away by the service — especially from Xania! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and so patient with our energetic little guy, Noah (aka “Nonstop Noah” 😂).

The ice cream here is very tasty but any toppings are subpar. We got a soft swirl twist and a s'mores mud. The toppings on the mud all tasted like they were months old and stale. Just stick to a simple soft serve or a scoop.
