Always a great meal. We have tried many different meals and appetizers and never had a bad meal. The owner and his daughter are lovely and happy to serve. I have recommended them many times.

Vegetarian options: As my sister is vegetarian it is never an issue here and since it's my Mom's favorite place we go often to dine in or take out.

I picked up lunch today for the ED crew at York Hospital. Pad Thai, Sesame Chicken, Veggie Lo Mein and other items. Everything was so good. The lo mein noodles look and taste homemade. I got spice level 3 which was perfect. Do yourself a favor and go here!!! Super cute, clean decor!

This was hands down the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. The food was so bland and flavorless. The pad Thai had a strange taste, like the bean sprouts were expired and had ZERO heat, despite getting a level 5 spice. The crab Rangoons had an overly fishy taste. The pineapple fried rice was not fried at all and was merely steamed rice mixed with a little curry, pineapple and tough chicken. The sweet and sour pork was edible but not enough to come back for. After $70 we threw most of it away because it was so awful. Not having a phone number to call if you have an issue is a problem. I reached out on Facebook to see if they would remedy our awful experience and I got no response. I don’t normally post reviews but the 4.6 rating is misleading. I wonder how many of these reviews are genuine…

Mediocre Thai food. The place was empty when we went and was so quiet you could hear the microwave heating up our dumplings in the back.

We were excited to try this place as it had good reviews. We ordered 5 entrees and an app. I’ve ordered from many Thai restaurants in my life and I’ve honestly never seen portions so small. We did not have enough food and this a like pad thai which can usually be shared we had to get about one tablespoon each. The sesame chicken was probably the smallest. And we ordered dinner portions it was not any luncheon specials. The flavor was ok but we could not get past the size. Never again. And—we spent $100 on this ridiculously small amount of food.

I'm absolutely in love with this place. Everything we've tried we've enjoyed and it's my 8 year olds new favorite food and take out in all of portsmouth kittery or york. We love the pad Thai and drunken noodles. The vegetables and meat in the dishes are fresh and the staff are always friendly. I love that you can place an order and it's ready to grab at the door. Makes for a very easy quick but delicious lunch spot. Today we finally ate in and the husband & wife duo here are beyond kind and friendly. I am glad we didn't listen to any of the reviews about the food being bland, their food is extremely flavorful. The lunch specials are a perfect portion.

Parking: Located in a plaza with Mobil next to it. Very convenient location off the exit or coming from kittery on route 1.

Our group of 9 hungry cyclists showed up without notice at the end of lunch on Sunday. We all needed water Right Now and wanted to eat ASAP. We couldn't have been treated better. Our group was served quickly and with smiles! We all liked the food and agreed that it was a great value for the money. Bangkok Beach Bistro is on one of our favorite biking routes, and we'll definitely be back.

This is now my least favorite Thai food. 4.7 google rating has never disappointed me like this one did. Everything is so under-seasoned, (very bland). The Pad See Ew noodle was quite hard. The price was not that great either. You will be charged extra for any proteins, or tofu or mushrooms. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that we were able to eat it. Better bland than salty. Everything was well cooked and the produce was fresh.

I had the orange chicken lunch special, orange sauce was delicious. My husband had sweet and sour crispy chicken and really enjoyed it. Instead of crab rangoons we tried their lobster rangoons and they were very good. First time in, but we will definitely return.
