“As a private school music teacher in a local school, I first experienced Nick's Steakhouse when the school hosted our annual benefit auction there. All attendees got to have complimentary appetizers. The cheese steak egg rolls and the stuffed meatballs were delicious! Then right around the holidays, my family and I went there to have a full meal. Everything was extremely satisfying, from the atmosphere to the drinks to the friendly wait staff to the food itself. All the food and drinks were, in my personal opinion, very reasonably priced, and our waitress Laurel had the most beautiful energy. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!”

“A rare gem. Huge portions. The freshest of ingredients. Yes, they offer a Vegan special. Even better, the taste, very special. Within ten minutes, we had 4 different people check on how we were doing. We were in a rush to make the theater. They handled that very well too. A truly special place. You will leave with minds at ease and belly full.”

Not only did they give me an immediate fry instead of waiting for the next batch to be made- they gave me a water to go with it and encouragement on the side. We ordered burgers later once the kids were down and enjoyed a Frappe too. Fantastic family service and delicious food. Thank you!!”

“My normal Sunday ice cream spot in the summer. Wasn’t pleased today though. Ordered a large cyclone, Chocolate ice cream, M&M and Heath in it. I got a large chocolate ice cream in a cup. Someone forgot to put the toppings in…smh… Disappointing but this place is close, convenient and normally on their game! Not going to count it against them, still reviewed as recommended.”

“The pizza is UNBELIEVABLY delicious! My boyfriend and I got a small Meatball Margherita and Hard Cider BBQ as well as some Gelato, all reasonably priced. The crust is so yummy, the toppings were perfect, I honestly can't remember the last time I had pizza THIS good. We have 100+ mile drive home and I know the leftovers won't survive the ride 😂”

“Dockside is one of my favorite wedding venues to photograph! I've shot many weddings there and I've loved every one of them. The staff is top notch, the grounds are beautiful, and view is unmatched, and during your reception you'll probably be visited by a nosy great blue heron. He's popped up at most of the weddings I've shot there. There are so many wedding venues in Southern Maine, you probably can't do any better than Dockside.”

“My daughters and I stayed at a nearby hotel and called Mimmo’s for overnight parking since the hotel didn’t offer it. They were absolutely amazing. I was so stressed about having no where to park my brand new car with temporary plates still on. The man in the parking lot who helped me get in and out every day was the absolute sweetest. I was so nervous about leaving my car but he reassured me and kept my car safe. He was awesome. I highly recommend the service and people at Mimmo’s ❤️”

“Every year we stop here to get the steak sub with onions and peppers and we are very pleased every time. The bread is the softest we had. Not sure if the two guys are thee owners but very pleasant. I would recommend this place for sure. We drive through York just to stop here . It’s just an old fashion Pizza shop with great food. Thanks guys.”
