“Love these! And I can order anything on the menu without worrying about my allergies! Made a great Easter day trip out of it stopping here before visiting a nearby Fort and a beach walk. I tried to order online at 5am the same day but it would only let me choose the next day, so we made it there early (being a few hours away) and they had all their flavors (even the special holiday ones) stacked and ready to go!! My favorite has been the Pumpkin Spice Latte brioche donut this past fall season. (I am a frosting lover.) I love the Kittery location with its own parking lot and building. Even got some donuts for my pup with a sweet tooth to try! He also highly recommends!!! Well worth the drive no matter how far away you are!“

“Until I moved here never heard of Aroma Joe's learned they are plentiful in Maine and their products are great but its their staff that makes it. Those folks are amazing and if you have never experienced the making of specialty drinks it is an art that requires patience and attention to detail in a fairly speedy manner and the young lady that waited on me is the perfect person for the job. She was EXCEPTIONAL. I will update this post to reflect her name she deserves a million 5 star reviews.“

“I was at Aroma Joe’s the other day and I had a great experience. The girl working was so nice to me and made my drink and food so well. She even asked me about my vacation and we bonded over it and realized that we were at the same resort in the Bahamas. My hot chai was steamed to perfection and she even added my dairy free milk. She was the cutest thing I had to add a tip to her. Hats off to this lovely young woman in our society.“

However, on my second visit today, the service speed was notably slower. I experienced a wait of approximately 15 minutes in the drive-thru, with about eight vehicles ahead of me. While the service remained professional and friendly, the efficiency of the process was not optimal.“

“I frequent the drive through for coffee since moving to the area a few years ago and have recently been sitting in the cafe a lot to work. I love the team here, they are all so friendly. Meghan, the supervisor, makes things so cheerful and brings up the energy in the cafe. Susan who usually works the drive through is so kind, have loved the 2 minute chats getting to know her over the years. Several times in recent cafe visits, I've seen the management working with their employees to train them for interviews to get promotions.
