“Love these! And I can order anything on the menu without worrying about my allergies! Made a great Easter day trip out of it stopping here before visiting a nearby Fort and a beach walk. I tried to order online at 5am the same day but it would only let me choose the next day, so we made it there early (being a few hours away) and they had all their flavors (even the special holiday ones) stacked and ready to go!! My favorite has been the Pumpkin Spice Latte brioche donut this past fall season. (I am a frosting lover.) I love the Kittery location with its own parking lot and building. “I got my Christmas tree at Emery Farm this year, and it was a great experience! All the trees were really nice and in really good shape, they sell cider donuts you can munch on, they had a cozy campfire going near the tree lot where you can keep warm while you're waiting, everyone is very friendly, and they are giving away a cute wooden ornament with a tree purchase! I wrestled it in my door and onto a stand, with minimal needle loss despite the manhandling. It may not be the cheapest option, but the quality is there and they make the experience worth it. If you are able to support local places instead of big box stores and corporations, it's really a good thing to do and it really does make a difference. It keeps our money in our community instead of the wallet of some big faceless far-off corporation. 🌲💚“

“Went on Sunday. Was a bit nervous because of the varied reviews however, we are so glad we tried it. The iced tea was fresh and strong, my pancakes were big and fluffy loaded with blueberries. The staff was attentive but they do seem a little frazzled. The restaurant is clean and spacious and again the food was great.“

Those folks are amazing and if you have never experienced the making of specialty drinks it is an art that requires patience and attention to detail in a fairly speedy manner and the young lady that waited on me is the perfect person for the job. “I always go here whenever I feel like buying pricey coffee. Service is very good. I’ve been going here since 2012. Starbucks is a fast paced environment so give them a break during peak hours if the beverage is taking a while to get to you. Most of the time their service is good and sometimes you’re waiting for a few minutes. They do communicate but can get messy during peak hours. Worse, if their label printer goes out then expect drinks that weren’t yours. This is a first world problem so be patient and the pricey coffee we all paid for will come to you :) Overall, great staff and good service!“

“Most of the staff here are absolutely amazing. Katelyn and Maddy are absolutely beautiful humans, they are always so kind and sweet.
Of course I have had a few orders messed up, they are all only human of course, and we ALL make mistakes. Some of the people that have made reviews need to come off their high horse, as if you have never screwed up, it happens.
If that happens all you have to do is go in, tell them, ask them to remake it, and they will! And they will do it with a smile and a, “I’m sorry about that”. It happens, grow up.
You are also only telling your side of the situation, if you’re going to give a bad review, be honest all the way around, not just what makes you look good and the store look bad.
Most of the complaints on here are so ridiculous and quite frankly, no fault of the employees. They cannot control the prices, nor can they keep the store spotless when they are having a rush and again, they can not fix your concerns if you do not make them aware of your unhappiness.
Like I said, I have had several orders that were not made to my liking, but that was mostly threw the drive through, I always go in now and I haven’t had an issue and if I do, I will make them aware and they will always fix it. Let’s remember they are human, not robots and they can’t read minds. Great job girls, you are amazing!“

“In March 2026 this Duncan has ruined so many other Duncans for me they’re just so quick so easy to work with I’m in and out of there in 30 seconds flat at the window you put in your order and they’re already handing it to you as you’re driving by through the drive-through window.
