So good even reindeer will cross train tracks for Dunkin’ in Dover, NH! Always friendly. Always greet me by name and have my daily order memorized. It’s like a local neighborhood coffee shop. Love Dunkin’. Part of my day every day.
Ok jus No Drive through 😕
I was greeted with a smile as I walked in even though it was past 9:30 at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The employee at the counted answered my questions and my mobile order was ready to go as soon as I arrived and was made correctly. Out of all the Dunks I've been to this one was the friendliest and cleanest. I would definitely recommend stopping in.

Dunkin' offers a mix of experiences according to recent reviews. While some find the coffee and sandwiches disappointing, others appreciate the great food served quickly and the friendly crew. One customer noted the lack of tables and chairs, while another was surprised by the unwrapped bagels. Despite minor issues, the staff generally provide good customer service, especially to regulars. The absence of a drive-thru might result in a wait, but the workers are doing their best despite being short-staffed. So, if you're willing to be understanding and patient, Dunkin' might be worth a visit for your next craving.
