“I never write reviews but I just have to shout out the amazing barista that made my drink! She was so so sweet and had the most beautiful nails I’m not sure what her name is but she had very pretty long red hair she made my drink perfectly and wrote on my cup ‘Have the best day!’ And honestly that made my crappy day a million times better 🙂↕️🙂↕️ 10/10 experience give that girl a raise!!“
“i just came through the drive thru at this location the lady at the window told me her name was maizy and she was phenomenal definitely deserves a raise i have never experienced this level of quality service at any other aroma joes location before my drink was delicious and she was nothing but sweet to me i complimented her on her service and she shared with me that someone had just left a bad review about her and i think that’s extremely preposterous this was by far my best aroma joes experince i have ever had whoever left that review on her has no idea what they are talking about!!“

“On Saturday morning I came and got a very tasteful chider, the best I ever had. I had the sweetest barista Zyla and she made my day! Saturday was the most positive experience I’ve had at this location to date. I hope to go back and get another amazing chaider made by her soon!“

“Most of the staff here are absolutely amazing. Katelyn and Maddy are absolutely beautiful humans, they are always so kind and sweet.
Of course I have had a few orders messed up, they are all only human of course, and we ALL make mistakes. Some of the people that have made reviews need to come off their high horse, as if you have never screwed up, it happens.
If that happens all you have to do is go in, tell them, ask them to remake it, and they will! And they will do it with a smile and a, “I’m sorry about that”. It happens, grow up.
You are also only telling your side of the situation, if you’re going to give a bad review, be honest all the way around, not just what makes you look good and the store look bad.
Most of the complaints on here are so ridiculous and quite frankly, no fault of the employees. They cannot control the prices, nor can they keep the store spotless when they are having a rush and again, they can not fix your concerns if you do not make them aware of your unhappiness.
Like I said, I have had several orders that were not made to my liking, but that was mostly threw the drive through, I always go in now and I haven’t had an issue and if I do, I will make them aware and they will always fix it. Let’s remember they are human, not robots and they can’t read minds. Great job girls, you are amazing!“

“The bagel with lox is incredible every time and the crulers are soooo worth the hype. The coffee is always super yummy and everyone working there is very kind and efficient even in really busy rushes. It’s one of my boyfriend and I’s favorite spots for a weekend coffee and breakfast run!“
