“I was introduced a little over a year ago to Aroma Joe's while visiting with my girlfriend since then I've been hooked. By far the most consistent coffee spot I've ever been to. They have amazing coffee and great food for on the go. I would stock up before driving back to Massachusetts every weekend and try to stretch the coffee as far as I could til I was up again. Now that I live up here I get it fresh every day.“

“This young man took my order and though he seemed slammed he had a positive attitude. He worked incredibly fast and I was in and out in time for my chiropractic appointment. The rush I received was well made and his attitude was incredibly positive. I came around 3:30 which at other locations seems to be a long wait time but he worked very effectively. “As coffee goes, they're right between a poor mass branded label and a popped collar expensive target mom brand that tastes like sugar. Aj's has a medium that's actually a medium, prices that make sense, and a bunch of flavors plane drinks that seals the deal. My favorite is a maple iced coffee it tastes like melted coffee ice cream, I ask for a little less cream and no sugar to make me pretend I'm being better about it. The hash browns are also way better than dunks 👌 I even suggested an edit on their app to help people scan when there's no signal by taking the QR timer away for the “scan only option” (because the timer and code won’t work with no signal), and they updated and applied my suggested the next app update which was awesome to see. Not many people know they have an app to get points and free drinks and food all the time. When I was on the road ubering getting coffee every morning I racked up a free coffee or hash brown about every 1-1.5 weeks and sometimes saved the points and use them when my greedy family wanted something. Try them out if you haven't and download the app!“

“Great experience today. We used the mobile app to order our usual morning drinks and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Normally it says 6-9 minutes so I figured it must be busy.

Got there in 13 minutes I observed at least 7 baristas hustling like crazy using all the machines to prepare what seemed like about 50 total orders, counting the ones waiting for pickup and the ones in progress. They all seemed happy and motivated to please customers.

There was seating available even at this peak time because most orders were either mobile pickup or drive through.

At the 15-minute mark, like clockwork, they called out my name and the order was ready, fresh and hot and exactly right.

So many times at other Starbucks locations I see inefficiency by either not having enough baristas or seeing underutilized machines or underutilized staff.

But this place was an efficient machine operating at full capacity serving a lot of customers at the fastest pace humanly possible. It was a beautiful sight to behold.“
