“I had heard about this place online and saw it was to far away from me and I was not disappointed one bit. This place is so incredibly cute and the atmosphere was so freaking amazing being able to sit down and drink my coffee in the sun was just amazing and just everything about the vibe of where they are located to the really awesome layout they have I have nothing bad to say, baristas were extremely nice and everyone was incredible there!

“These girls at this aromas are amazing. I’m typically a mess when I show up because I haven’t had my caffeine yet and they make me laugh always get my order right and quick and sometimes leave me encouragement on my cup. I didn’t typically shop here until I moved to the town, but it’s my new favorite place to buy coffee and caffeine. Bros for life“

I just drove through Aroma Joe’s with my two dogs, and I had the nicest experience with a girl named Ria. She was professional, kind, and so sweet with my dogs — she even gave them a pup treat with whipped cream and a biscuit. They never eat that kind of thing, but they absolutely loved it!

We talked for a minute about her future, and she shared that she wants to be a cosmetologist someday. It is so inspiring to see a 16-year-old with that much direction, confidence, and genuine kindness.

Ria, keep up the good work — you’re going places. I can already tell.✨

“I got my Christmas tree at Emery Farm this year, and it was a great experience! All the trees were really nice and in really good shape, they sell cider donuts you can munch on, they had a cozy campfire going near the tree lot where you can keep warm while you're waiting, everyone is very friendly, and they are giving away a cute wooden ornament with a tree purchase! I wrestled it in my door and onto a stand, with minimal needle loss despite the manhandling. It may not be the cheapest option, but the quality is there and they make the experience worth it. If you are able to support local places instead of big box stores and corporations, it's really a good thing to do and it really does make a difference. It keeps our money in our community instead of the wallet of some big faceless far-off corporation. 🌲💚“

“My first time at Aroma Joe’s was a very positive experience. A skinny lady with long curly hair and green eyes made my day by being so serviceable, helpful, and welcoming. At first, I couldn’t find the place due to my GPS instructions, and it looked closed. When I got closer, I noticed a neon sign that read “Open,” so I went around the drive-thru.

She opened the window with a big smile and said, “Welcome!” I told her I thought it was closed, and she apologized, explaining they were having a temporary issue with their light. She then proceeded to answer all my questions and helped me pick my Hazelnut Macchiato, which was surprisingly delicious and cheaper than Starbucks.

I’m glad I went. I will return, and I hope she’s there to make my experience as wonderful as the last one.

“Had a horrible experience at the Starbucks in Kittery Maine and was driving to my hotel, decided to stop by this location and the staff was more than willing to help fulfill my order without antagonizing me such at the Kittery location in Maine did :) I hope the night shift employees at this location know how much people like me appreciate them for keeping friendly service late at night. “I always go here whenever I feel like buying pricey coffee. Service is very good. I’ve been going here since 2012. Starbucks is a fast paced environment so give them a break during peak hours if the beverage is taking a while to get to you. Most of the time their service is good and sometimes you’re waiting for a few minutes. They do communicate but can get messy during peak hours. Worse, if their label printer goes out then expect drinks that weren’t yours. This is a first world problem so be patient and the pricey coffee we all paid for will come to you :) Overall, great staff and good service!“

“The food and drinks are typical dunkins products, which I love! The service is great, but can be slow in the morning. Understandably so, since there's a huge staffing issue nowadays. They always have a good quantity of donuts! One of the employees also offered to check the back for my donut since the front rack didn't have any.“

“My mom is a regular at this Dunk's, she goes every morning, sometimes at night and often during the middle of the day, and they never fail to disappoint. My mom knows all of the workers (day/early morning shift workers) by name, and they're all really nice. Depending on who makes your coffee, it can taste different than normal, or really good. Some workers are newer to the job, which is understandable for a bad taste or messed up drink or food item. Ive gone with my mom on her dunk's arrands quite a few times before, and I have never seen any of the workers act like the other reviews are saying. The largest amount of time I have had to wait for an order was 10 minutes, but that's because it was low staff and a long line. Depending on if you go inside to the kiosk, or wait in line can vary in waiting time because the drive thru are the orders that are mostly/always made before kiosk orders.“
