went to the walk up window because the drive through was busy...no signs saying walk-up was closed...someone opened the window and said, "sorry, the walk up is closed" and I replied, "oh we didn't see a sign saying that." she responded "well, I just told you so...." and then shut the window. Fantastic customer service 😒
I love the coffee and they always go above and beyond for their customers. when the manager knows what you like and how you take your coffee. and upgrades you at no extra cost. ❤️
