I have to say I am so impressed at how this Dunkin runs. Ruth and Brittany are right on point with making orders and also making sure the employees are doing their jobs efficiently. They have patience and are always smiling. Big thumbs up to all of you!!!
I have been reading the reviews and this has not been my experience AT ALL. I come here nearly every week day and my order has never been wrong. If I come at 11 am there is barely a wait; not the same at 11:30 am but that's to be expected because of the convenient location. The employees are always nice. Before Christmas, I watched an elderly woman yell at an employee over her wait time, although they were clearly understaffed that day, and the employee just apologized for...read full review
