I went to lunch at the Olive Garden located in Newington on February 19th with my husband. I just wanted to share that our server named Jenna was very pleasant and attentive throughout our time there. She treated her other customers with the same attention and respect. She should be compensated or promoted for her good work. She was a breath of fresh air!
The music is always really terrible and loud.The silverware is pretty much always covered in water spots and even pieces of old food, enough to turn the stomach. I bring my own.Smoothies always have chunks of ice in them when I get them.The decor and lights are absolutely caked in dust.Waitstaff is often very slow bringing salad and bread refills.Some of the waitstaff is extremely rude, but others are extremely friendly. Had the tour of Italy. All the food was great. Except for the bread sticks which were over salty and would be better if they were a little more doughy. Atmosphere is ok, but the chairs are cheap and wobble front to back. There was a bunch of dings in table top. The silverware had spots on them. Olive garden costs more so I expect a little more.
