Worst Coldstone I’ve ever been to. My young kids wanted cones but they looked small so the server offered to put in cups and put the cone on top - then charged me extra for 2 cones! Ice cream was half melted. We brought 3 smalls and it came to $32. Can’t believe I tipped! Hate those screens that make you think 15% is ‘good’. Should have been zero. Not even a smile. Plus the restroom was dirty and empty of towels.
Good selection of base flavors and add-in options. But it's a tiny shop and the flow of which way the line goes is unclear, with people coming in both doors. The indoor seating is a handful of two-seat tables, but there are a few benches outside. For families, it's definitely more economical to split large sizes if the kids can agree!
I had a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery! The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very patient while taking my order. They made the whole experience enjoyable.
My absolute favorite is the **Birthday Cake Remix** ice cream. The combination of cake batter ice cream, brownie pieces, rainbow sprinkles, and fudge is amazing. It’s always fresh, creamy, and perfectly mixed.
