Place is super dirty and gross. Staff don’t wear gloves, peek behind the counter, prep station is nasty and extremely dirty. Eight bucks for a kiddie sized small ice cream! Not worth it. Gross ? by the time I got outside the ice cream wasn’t even ice cream. It was just mush in a cup not even edible.

Not a great experience, yesterday. The cashier was very kind, and the ice cream flavor was good.But after he mixed in the ingredients the ice cream was almost completely melted (and it’s a 90 second process?) it was somehow it seemed like the COLD stone was missing….?Also, I got mini marshmallows in my mix and they were rock-hard-stale. Like, not edible. I had to spit them out.It made me weary of any of the ingredients and the stores upkeep so I threw the whole thing away.Sort of a bummer for a nearly $8 bowl of melted ice cream.

It was OK. Ice cream is ice cream, and this place is very pricey. It was National Ice Cream Day, and we hadn't been there, so we tried it there. They need to lower their prices and expand their offerings. There are many other options for ice cream out there, and many less expensive options for much larger portions!

2nd time ordering for delivery through door dash, 2nd time order was wrong. Missing items, no fault of door dash. This time it was a $38 cake. Called store, told me it was still there if I wanted to swing by & grab it. What a joke. Never again.

Ice cream was delicious, so many toppings to choose from and watching them mix your ice cream by hand to create your own concoction is simply satisfying. The flavors were great and will definitely be going back this summer for more !!

I've been to this location twice and have been served by the same gentleman. Each time he has been incredibly kind and professional. He mentioned that he has been working more than normal due to being short staffed and yet he keeps an upbeat demeanor. I hope the store gives their staff the recognition that they deserve, especially him.

I will never go back to this cold stone so sad now a days the one women that was working was very rude to my sister and I didn’t even greet us politely was very rude to us when we were asking questions about the flavors of cones. I won’t be back she’s lucky I’m not a rude person

I was in the Newington store yesterday and the manager started yelling at an employee who seemed relatively new in front of customers. He seemed very embarrassed and I feel like this was highly unprofessional and rude to everybody involved. The matter could have been handed privately and differently. I will not be coming back to this location if this is how the employees are treated. It’s very unprofessional and frankly embarrassing.
