I don't know why I keep trying this coffee shop when I'm down here for work. in Maine they have nice friendly people working behind the counter. But when I go in the afternoon to this one I get a girl that acts like I'm bothering her when I place my order. Last night I went in to get a coffee and waited by the first window for a few min. Then went to the second window and the same girl was sweeping the floor and didn't even look up. I sat there for a few min. then went to Starbucks. if she hates her job so much she should go.

Awesome coffee option. Felt like a similar vibe to Dutch Brothers, but apparently this chain is only in the Northeast, New England. Excellent coffee options and definitely proper espresso option to use for that caffeine fix.

Visiting from Hudson Valley NY. Gave up my regular Starbucks for cheaper, stronger Ready Coffee (local biz there) Aroma Joes is a good local alternative here. My macchiato was cheaper, just as good and a little stronger. Did drive thru.

They never get my coffee right. Tasted like it had chemicals in it and there was no French vanilla. Tasted awful and was a waste of my money. I wont be back to this location. I'll just go to a different location or a Dunkins.
I decided to try out Aroma Joe's since we are getting one in our neighborhood. Gave my order. I was pretty specific with my order. Girl took my cash. Closed the window , didn't give me my change. I was going to put it in the tip jar anyway. But it's just wrong. At pick up window , I had ordered 2 coffees. 1 was ok. The other it took 3 tries before they got it right. I ordered med iced coffee ,cream ,2 Splenda. Pretty easy order. 1st was given a hot coffee. 2nd try was iced coffee no cream. Finally 3 rd try it was right. I'll probably give the one opening near us a try in hopes they have better customer service.

We waited behind a car for about 15 minutes then when we pulled up we waited at a closed window for about ten minutes before a teenager finally asked what we wanted…then, despite it being a simple order, it took her another ten minutes. The coffee was mediocre - I’d skip this place and go literally anywhere else.

I purchased a Mocha latte and it was delicious. The drivethrough went quickly, and the staff was friendly. Price is almost equivalent to Starbucks for a reference
