I try to give these guys a chance once a week and everytime something is wrong. Today I ordered off the mobile app and got to the window only to be told they couldn't make my frozen coffees because they didn't have the syrup. She was nice and offered a frozen hot chocolate instead or a regular coffee which is fine but I paid over ten dollars for two coffees that would've normally costed me five six bucks. Very clean,and upbeat a great staff all around,I love the team work!!!Kid-friendliness: They treated my daughter like a princess...and that meant a lot.Wheelchair accessibility: The door to the front is even with thr street so it's easy for wheelchairs to drive in .

I live 2 minutes away from this Dunkin' donuts and I find myself often lately having to go back to have them remake my food or coffee because it either wasn't toasted/hot or made right.
