Worst Dunks location in the area. Extremely slow service and food is usually wrong, not made properly, or burnt. If you want to stop here on your way to your next destination you will surely be late (15+ minutes in drive through on a good day).
there’s one employee in particular always wearing a mask that has never not been rude to customers and slow. if you don’t like interacting with people and don’t like to work quickly- fast food service isn’t for you. i work in a cafe so i get it but we went through the drive through today- there was no one else in line and the parking lot was empty. i waited at the window for 6 minutes or so and not one word was said to me- just had the drink handed to me by her. and there...read full review

Stopped at Dunks on 1/10/2024 around 7:25 PM. We ordered a large frozen Mocha that wasn't even filled, it was missing half the drink and cup was filled with whipped cream. The Med iced coffee was average. This was a mobile order, however when we got to the drive-thru we asked for a small iced water. Upon arriving to the window to receive our order we were charged an additional dollar for the cup of water.
