“I live off of Dunkin' donuts pretty much. It's existence has got me through my whole time of being single bad dates etc. thro my ups and downs coffee is the medicine. that being said I've been to a lot a lot! of different dunkin's this particular one is way more special than the other ones. Despite bad reviews as dunkin's can be short staffed I know! That this particular 1 is the best. The loyal employees that have been there a while through short staff are excellent. a lot of new faces now and the new employees are just as spectacular. for me I'm a fan. DD isn't just a place to me I'm a groupie, any meeting I ever have has always been held at this DD. In my opinion I live close to the best Dunkin' donuts in NH IDC what other reviews say.“

“Well I wish they had automatic doors because I'm in a wheelchair and it was hard to get in the doors they weren't not handicapped

Wheelchair accessibility: I had a hard time getting into the entrance because it wasn't have those one of those buttons you push on it and it opens doors“

“The fact that people come on here and are so negative kills me. Dunks has new employees they are training so if your drink got made wrong take that into consideration. Check your food and drinks before you leave the store because mistakes are made even by the most perfect people and stickers get read wrong or the wrong item may have been given to you by mistake. Have some consideration for people who work in the food industry they deal with a lot of negative attitudes“

“Most of the staff here are absolutely amazing. Katelyn and Maddy are absolutely beautiful humans, they are always so kind and sweet.
Of course I have had a few orders messed up, they are all only human of course, and we ALL make mistakes. Some of the people that have made reviews need to come off their high horse, as if you have never screwed up, it happens.
If that happens all you have to do is go in, tell them, ask them to remake it, and they will! And they will do it with a smile and a, “I’m sorry about that”. It happens, grow up.
You are also only telling your side of the situation, if you’re going to give a bad review, be honest all the way around, not just what makes you look good and the store look bad.
Most of the complaints on here are so ridiculous and quite frankly, no fault of the employees. They cannot control the prices, nor can they keep the store spotless when they are having a rush and again, they can not fix your concerns if you do not make them aware of your unhappiness.
Like I said, I have had several orders that were not made to my liking, but that was mostly threw the drive through, I always go in now and I haven’t had an issue and if I do, I will make them aware and they will always fix it. Let’s remember they are human, not robots and they can’t read minds. Great job girls, you are amazing!“
