“My mom is a regular at this Dunk's, she goes every morning, sometimes at night and often during the middle of the day, and they never fail to disappoint. My mom knows all of the workers (day/early morning shift workers) by name, and they're all really nice. Depending on who makes your coffee, it can taste different than normal, or really good. Some workers are newer to the job, which is understandable for a bad taste or messed up drink or food item. Ive gone with my mom on her dunk's arrands quite a few times before, and I have never seen any of the workers act like the other reviews are saying. The largest amount of time I have had to wait for an order was 10 minutes, but that's because it was low staff and a long line. Depending on if you go inside to the kiosk, or wait in line can vary in waiting time because the drive thru are the orders that are mostly/always made before kiosk orders.“

“Whoever the barista was tonight at around 8:30pm (11/16/2025) made my drinks really really well. Every other time I come here, my drinks come out bad. I think this is the first time in a literal year that I had a good drink from here. Give her a raise I'm serious. When her review comes around, you better be giving her like five stars.“
