This dunks is usually great and i commend them for that. However, recently I went and ordered an iced coffee; I was in the lobby so I saw them make it. The server took a cup of piping hot coffee out of the fridge and poured it over ice. (I’m not blaming him because he even questioned whether to do this and was then snapped at by a manager/shift leader to just get on with it). They were understaffed but doing their best. Tammy served me with a smile and the lattes I got were delicious. Unfortunately there was almost no cream cheese on my bagel and the drive thru line was obnoxiously long.
