“As for any place with a drive thru, it depends on the time of day on how long the line will be. Sometimes it out to the road. Service is usually pretty good and most staff are friendly. Last I knew the dining room was closed because they don't have enough staff.“

“Excellent coffee. Drive-up always full, but keeps them moving. Inside, they are hampered by employees who don’t show up. So Dunkin is always training a newbie. Since trading appears to be done at the counter, walk-in take out is very slow. If you go earlier, you will glad you did.“

“It was a terribly rainy day so we stopped for some donuts and coffee. Jada was very friendly and patient with me while we figured out our order. The employees aren’t allowed to take tips and I think that should change but I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again!“

“I have recently stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts several times over the past month. It's very early in the morning and usually only see 2 staff working. It can be a bit slow understandably. BUT, when you get to the window the two of them are obviously working very hard and their happy-go-lucky, friendly attitude is refreshing! The are extremely friendly and always say thank you and have a good day! In these time where it seems the world id so angry.. These two deserve a kuddos and a raise for sure!!!!Thank you team!“

“The Holy Donut is a must-try to anyone who comes through Maine! We were headed to Canada but made a point to stop and use the drive-thru. We ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts including the maple bacon, carrot cake special, and the savory bacon and cheese along with cold brew. The donuts are magical, and the maple bacon is our go-to order! The coffee, while not what you come for, should always be added to an order here. The cold brew is rich and tasty and is the perfect compliment to the sweet donuts. Service was great and super quick as well. We can't wait to come back in the summer while on vacation in Maine!“

“I've lived in Maine my whole life and I gotta say, I love donuts. I've tried many places donuts and I really like them all but this place is one of my absolute favorites! The service here is always great and the people look happy to be there! I will always stop at The Donut Hole when I'm in the area and I think you should too!“

“Just about the best DND I have ever been in. Went here as we haven’t had power for 2-3 days. No one in town has had any power for days. The drive through was wrapped around to Hannaford parking lot. About 7 people in line ahead of me. I got great service. Got my food in minutes and even got a smile from the lady working the counter. Give them a raise. They are working their tails off today!“

“The other day they were hella short staffed, only 3 people who were running the drive through, customers inside and the online orders.I will say that there might have been a minute or two of wait time but they got our order out fast and accurately and we had ordered a butter pecan with XX, a muffin toasted/buttered, donut and a strawberry fruit coolatta.These 3 had a line around the building and they still managed to get everything done while maintaining a friendly professional attitude with the customerThey definitely earned their pay and should have been given a bonus for helping to keep Biddeford running that morning“

“Had a dress suit on and she gave us the drinks and the coffee cup had a leak she even told us that, and spilt all over my dress pants. Was not happy and of course another dry cleaning. Next time serve hot drinks in a good cup better yet dont tell me your sending it to“
