“The Holy Donut is a must-try to anyone who comes through Maine! We were headed to Canada but made a point to stop and use the drive-thru. We ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts including the maple bacon, carrot cake special, and the savory bacon and cheese along with cold brew. The donuts are magical, and the maple bacon is our go-to order! The coffee, while not what you come for, should always be added to an order here. The cold brew is rich and tasty and is the perfect compliment to the sweet donuts. Service was great and super quick as well. We can't wait to come back in the summer while on vacation in Maine!“
“Per most of my visits the food was what you would expect coming from Duncan the lobby was clean and the supplies were full The bathroom was lovely The service always leaves something to be desired it's almost like they would throw the coffee at you if they could they don't see you it's like you're bother some throughout their day as a customer especially if you come into the lobby...“
“I came in around 5:30 after a long shift and the woman behind the counter was very nice. She ran a good ship and seemed to be having a good time listening to her music. i was the only one in there at the time but while i waited for my ride i heard how sweet she was with each customer and made sure everyone got what they wanted. The walmart was very busy so it was pretty consistent. My coffee order was made perfectly! I didn’t catch her name but i hope one of her bosses knows who was on shift today and tells her a good job :)“
“Friendly and efficient staff, I came later in the day and ordered the avocado and bacon on toast but they were out of toast so they put it on a bagel and holy cow it hit the spot just right. I also ordered a butter pecan latte the best I've ever had! I highly recommend this dunkin' donuts.“
“Not sure what the bad reviews are for. There were 3 or 4 guys working like crazy to pump out the massive amounts of online orders and drive through orders and despite being super busy they are very quick and efficient. Staff was also VERY professional and nice and overall my experience was great. Thanks guys!“
“Worth the trip! Glazed donuts were my fave(but tried a variety). Fried in healthy fat(lard) and no vegetable oil! Fantastic.Note: Not the fault of the donut shop, but the city of Portland is wild! Next time we are just gonna drive-by-pickup the donuts and head out! It breaks my heart to see the crime and the people who are passed out on the sidewalk from drugs.“
“Steps into the donut shop are very steep. Not a handicap accessible facility. Donut flavors are very interesting, I picked out a selection however was full after eating one. I can highly recommend the lemon cannoli donut. That would be the donut in the photograph I have posted that is to the front. Limited seating.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. Very steep steps.“
“Was recommended this spot by a barber at (Blind Pig - which is also an amazing spot if you need a haircut). immediately rushed right over to try and make it before they closed. WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL. omg these donuts are so so so so good. if you’re in Portland and have a sweet tooth, DEFINITELY CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! ????“
“What an incredible experience! For a recent bachelor party, my friends and I had the pleasure of indulging in an assortment of donuts from Holy Donuts, and I am beyond impressed. Each donut was a piece of art - fluffy, perfectly sweet, and oh-so-decadent. From classic flavors to unique creations, every bite was an adventure for our taste buds. Not only did these donuts add a touch of sweetness to our celebration, but they were also a huge hit among all the guests. The service at Holy Donuts was top-notch, adding to the overall exceptional experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves or make an event extra special.Five stars all the way!“
“Bring your muscles. You'll need them for the door and the amount of food you'll inevitably get while here.Opened in 2019 closed for COVID and now back on the map!Easy to find parking is quick and seating is spacious. The food was incredible and service was great as expected for a small business in Maine. On my top 5 to eat places in this areaWheelchair accessibility: A little tight getting in also have someone hold the door for you. It's heavy.“
