“I just want to say Thank You to the staff working at this Dunkin for your consistent kindness, great service and never ending smiles! With a special thanks to Halona who is always smiling and greeting customers with genuine care no matter how busy it is. I've been stopping and going inside this Dunkin off and on for the past six months, easily 30 plus times, and every time I've left there with a smile. “As you can see Dunkin' is going out of donuts. Even their new name says Dunkin’ instead of Dunkin Donuts. Very little donuts now to choose from. Back in the day Dunkin Donuts used to have a whole wall full of different types of donuts and large quantities of each. Now the donut display is slowly shrinking!“

“We came to this Dunkin location early in the morning just now to grab quick coffees. There were three young ladies working inside, getting set up for the day. As we were waiting for our coffees, one of the ladies started to talk to the other one about what great team work she thought they exhibited yesterday and how they helped support each other throughout the day or time and how great it was and how she just wanted to acknowledge it and call it out. The other employee was visibly excited to get the feedback and praise. My wife and I both left utterly impressed by this exchange. Coming from the corporate world we would have hired her in a second. We need more of this in America!While this is not a typical review it was a missed opportunity on our part to call it out while we were there. Great employees and Managers Dunkin!!!“

“One of the better Dunkins around. I'll actually go out of my way to go to this particular one. They make fantastic drinks and food.Parking: Parking lot is small, yet few park and stay, so plenty of parking and they have a drive through.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor“

You'll need them for the door and the amount of food you'll inevitably get while here.Opened in 2019 closed for COVID and now back on the map!Easy to find parking is quick and seating is spacious.The food was incredible and service was great as expected for a small business in Maine.On my top 5 to eat places in this areaWheelchair accessibility: A little tight getting in also have someone hold the door for you. It's heavy.“

“Worth the trip! Glazed donuts were my fave(but tried a variety). Fried in healthy fat(lard) and no vegetable oil! Fantastic.Note: Not the fault of the donut shop, but the city of Portland is wild! Next time we are just gonna drive-by-pickup the donuts and head out! It breaks my heart to see the crime and the people who are passed out on the sidewalk from drugs.“

“The Holy Donut is a must-try to anyone who comes through Maine! We were headed to Canada but made a point to stop and use the drive-thru. We ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts including the maple bacon, carrot cake special, and the savory bacon and cheese along with cold brew. The donuts are magical, and the maple bacon is our go-to order! The coffee, while not what you come for, should always be added to an order here. The cold brew is rich and tasty and is the perfect compliment to the sweet donuts. Service was great and super quick as well. We can't wait to come back in the summer while on vacation in Maine!“
