“There’s a massive power outage across southern Maine right now and this is the only Dunkin anywhere that was open this morning…I went this morning and the amount of people there was insane, and as someone who works in the restaurant industry I’ve never seen anything like this before. There were only three people working and all were doing an amazing job! I received excellent customer service despite the hell these people were being put through. I wish I had gotten their names because all of these employees deserve a raise for persevering through the most insane rush I have ever witnessed.“

“They were super busy when we arrived as they had a whole high school softball team of young ladies in there, but they handled it very well overall. Sure it was a longer wait but the staff were all pleasant for what they were dealing with and our order was accurate. If I had anything to critique it would be about the people waiting, not the staff or place over all. People need to learn to be more positive and understanding of situations. They had construction surrounding their building and it was a full house, what does anyone expect the staff to do about that. Overall pleasant experience, minus some customers.“

“Adorable vibes and the donuts were 11/10. Stopped with our kids and tried the cookies and cream. Possibly the best donuts I’ve ever had. They are mini and you have to order in packs of 6 with one flavor. I wish they did a flight so you can try different ones without committing to a few boxes. Cost is reasonable as well!“

“I have been to multiple dunkins! This dunkin is by far the best one! The staff is always on point! My order too! I get decaf because my body hates caffeine 🤣 they kill it every time! Other dunkins always gave me regular coffee ( yes I can tell the difference, my body too) They get it right every time, they're also great with my daughter! We've come to know some of the staff's names , as we are now regulars 🤣🤣 give these people a raise because they kill it every morning ❤️❤️❤️“

“I go to this Dunkin Donuts semi regularly and the customer service is great for regular orders, a large order I placed for work, and they always offer treats to dogs.

“I love Dunkin Donuts. They have the best Ice Coffees, Coolattas, smoothies bagels and more. I still consider Starbucks the best but Dunkin Donuts is the first best and favorites. Why? Cause they make they stuff that I like and love just right the way I like it.“

“One of the better Dunkins around. I'll actually go out of my way to go to this particular one. They make fantastic drinks and food.

Parking: Parking lot is small, yet few park and stay, so plenty of parking and they have a drive through.
