Thank you so so much to the Dunkin workers who re made my order! I online ordered to the wrong location, and they were able to re make my order at the location I was at!

Dunkin' provides inconsistent service, but some staff members stand out with excellent customer service skills. Employees are often described as super sweet and friendly, and they quickly get to know regular customers. The restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian baked goods and accurately prepares coffee orders. While there can be a longer wait during busy times, like when a high school softball team is present, the staff handles the situation well. Despite occasional mistakes, such as changing orders or burnt sandwiches, the team is generally quick, efficient, and pleasant, creating a positive experience for customers. Some diners have noted that the surrounding construction can make the visit more challenging, but overall, the service remains commendable.
