Ordered food and waited 20 minutes in an empty restaurant, when I asked if anyone was making it, someone went to check and I could hear the guy yelling at her about me asking. When he brought out the food he was incredibly rude. The order was wrong and I didn’t bother asking them to fix it. Don’t go here.
I love Dunkin we always stop when we are in the US. The experience today was the worst experience EVER. The food was not what was ordered, staff didn't listen when they were told it was wrong and gave us the same thing over and over again. Service was awful, everyone was all over the place NO service if you were in store literally needed to raise your voice to get anyone's attention to tell them things are wrong and ask for napkins.
