Reliable spot for my morning cortado before the office. They pull shots well and the line moves fast, which is what matter at 7:45 am. The oat milk latte is also solid.

Super fast service. I felt bad for coming in right at closing but the staff was still super nice and had my drunk ready before I even had my card put away.
